She says she is just now remembering some details about the encounter (but not several other key details) which took place some 40 years ago. I wonder if her memory will improve before she tries to convince lawmakers she is telling the truth in spite of every evidence to the contrary?

I remember the animals getting on the Ark. It's pretty fuzzy, but it's coming back to me widdle by widdle. I definitely remember working on a big diesel engine. Somewhere at some time. Must've been on the Ark. Now, let me tell you about my Native American ancestry...

Gee bud, what do you think is more logical—-that someone could remember every detail from that long ago perfectly and instantly, or that people remember things bit by bit over time?

Since she whined to her shrink in 2012 about that "crime", you'd think she'd have had more than ample time to get her story straight and "facts" in order. :lol:

She started remembering in 2012. I think it's reasonable to say she believes he tried to assault her. That does not mean he did and he should be given the presumption of innocence. I would allow it to be investigated but I would not reward the Democrats by delaying the vote for their 12th hour revelation about him. If they were concerned about this, they should of brought it everyone's attention when they first found out about it.

When he is confirmed, she will fade back under her rock, and never be held accountable. That's how these charades go.

Instead they saved it for a hole card. They were hoping it would not be needed but this is a last ditch effort.

They know this stunt can only be called on so many times before it wears thin for even the most partisan.

Also I just heard that she did not name him in 2012 as I previously thought. That raises suspicion for me even more than before.

If a woman had been traumatized by attempted rape then she would remember some key details with no problem. This woman seems to lack that memory.

That's what is despicable--Feinstein sitting on this for six weeks. I'd like Feinstein's explanation for this. Maybe there is a reasonable one, but right now it surely looks like a dirty trick. I hope that Professor Ford is treated with respect by all and that she won't be "useful" like Cindy Sheehan and then tossed to the side.

And you'd think conservatives would actually use their brains for once, but given that you apparently can't tell the difference between talking about something with a shrink( and I love how you lot don't seem to think it's a crime when people you like do it--- very telling) and speaking publically about, apparently not.

Uh.....do you know what the word "trauma" means? Because the very nature of being "traumatized" means that one doesn't necessarily remember things "with no problem".
