In another thread in the off-topic section, a person touched on the problems relating to 'equality', both in nature, and involving human society. But leftists had long ago come up with a simple solution!

You adopt a very large govt apparatus that is able to 'work around' the 'inconvenient realities' involving equality that the other thread eluded to. Equality is achieved, NOT by creating a level playing field that provides equal opportunity, but by forcing equal outcome! Of course, in order to guarantee 'equal outcome', you will need to undermine, ignore or repeal a few annoying 'civil liberties', that make it illegal, and therefore difficult to implement the policies of racial discrimination that are crucial to achieving equal outcome.

Obviously, a higher percentage of members of certain races tend to qualify for higher education and higher employment than other races. It's not really a product of race, per se. It's actually a product of culture, and priorities. Some cultures raise their kids with MUCH more focus & emphasis on the importance of education, career, personal achievement than others. The obvious answer to solving this 'problem', is to LEARN from their success, and to encourage people from other races and cultures to adopt the same ideas and priorities. :applaud:applaud:applaud:usflag2:

But admitting to this reality is not politically correct, it's inconvenient, and requires work. Plus, it goes against the political strategies and political 'messaging' of certain ideologies. Therefore, it's best to ignore the facts and their practical solutions(which DONT require civil liberties to be stepped on).

Instead, you stereotype ALL members of certain underperforming races/cultures as being unfairly treated, when it comes to passing entry exams or competence tests for employment. Then, you implement discriminatory policies that require members of 'the over-performing races' to score MUCH HIGHER on admittance exams than the 'underperforming races'. You will also dramatically reduce most/all standards, requirements & expectations for the 'underperforming races' to qualify for acceptance or employment, even at the expense of hiring clearly unqualified public/private employees, regardless of the obviously detrimental effects of such policies. Its the 'soft bigotry' of low expectations!

But that's just the beginning! There are MANY more ways that govt can intrude into far more areas of everyday life, always manipulating circumstances in order to ensure that the unqualified & incompetent are uplifted, while the competent & qualified are held back(In the mean time, nothing is done to actually improve the fortunes of the alleged victims at the source, by encouraging them to 'reach higher' at a young age, which would reduce the need for govt micromanagement and improve society as a whole)!
