THEY ARE GARBAGE: Mainstream media blatantly lie about Trump's MS-13 comments.

I think you are making a big deal out of absolutely nothing. They didn't fib. Lying means you purposely said Trump said he said something which he didn't.
To the statement, IMO it appears that both interpretations can be true at the same time. Depending on your interpretation of our President's lack of speaking skills.

As I said above, I think the "lie" is open to interpretation. Those of you who think the media purposefully did something are reinforced of your belief. Those of us who think its big deal about nothing is also reinforced.

In the mean time all or most of the 'news' (political propaganda) media has walked back their initial statements and reporting, leaving you without visible means of support.

This is clearly an instance where the 'news' (political propaganda) media have stepped in it up to their necks and are scrambling like hell to minimize the damage, to maintain some semblance of credibility (and failing).

This only reveals the 'news' (political propaganda) media for what they have been for decades now, with is fundamentally dishonest, always pushing their political agenda, and even lying in the process of doing so, and through this, doing the greatest disservice to the electorate, and failing at their own fundamental ideals as well as their fundamental obligations to the electorate which grant them some extraordinary privileges, such as freedom of the press.

The 'news' (political propaganda) media are no friends of the electorate.

Maybe if ICE wasn't trying to depart DACA kids under the lie of them being MS-13, the asshole could have been given the benefit of the doubt. But; alas, Trump is that asshole. So, no such benefit is given.

No, I see people violating federal law. You don't like the laws as they currently exist, have your congressman vote to change them. Fair enough.

And all of this has nothing to do with the animalistic behavior of MS-13, which has been well and reliably documented, who are, in fact, preying on both the legal and illegal immigrant community.

Gee. If you'd really give one rats ass about them, you'd want to have MS-13 animals arrested, incarcerated and deported as well, but seems that you don't, for some unfathomable reason. Why are you protecting such violent organized criminals?

Would seem that most reasonable and reasoning people would want to have people which inflict such animalistic violence and damage removed from society, but here you are, just like Pelosi and her ilk, protecting them. I can't for the life of me fathom why.

I have no idea who 'president stable genius' is, or what it means. I assume that you haven't either watched the news at all for the past week, and you didn't bother watching the video left by another member just 2-3 posts down from my OP. If you had done either of those 2 things, you would see that the claim in my OP is 100% accurate. But let's face it, do you really still think that the mainstream media are 'objective and unbiased', and did you really have a hard time accepting the notion that the media are being biased in their daily anti-Trump 'journalism'? Before you justify it to yourself by thinking, "well, it is Trump, and that's why they are so tough on him", I'll remind you that they did the same thing with literally every other Republican president in the past 40+ years!

What??? Here's an analogy to your comment: Let's say I ask you, "do you like red dahlias"? You reply, "no, I don't like red dahlias, I think they are ugly. But I do like the yellow ones". Later that same day, some dishonest hack(who doesn't like you), decides to COMPLETELY misrepresent what you said. Instead of admitting that you were specifically responding to a question about flowers, they claim that you were voicing your racist hatred of 'red' people, while admitting that you have some sort of fetish involving 'yellow' people.

Naturally, you defend yourself by reminding the hacks that you were talking about FLOWERS, not races of people. You are right, in that I should have taken the time to upload one or more of the MANY examples of top media outlets falsely reporting that Trump was insulting all immigrants. But since there were SO many examples being aired throughout the media, including the NYT, CNN, etc, that everyone would be aware of it. Even some democrats made the same dishonest claim, such as Nancy Pelosi and others. His tactics are the same tactics used for thousands of years to smear entire groups because of the actions of a few within that group. The Irish are all drunks, the Poles are all idiots, Italians are all mobsters, the list goes on and on and on. He is appealing to his base who wants desperately to make sure no Mexicans invade white Murica.

Ok, so you are a mind reader, and you know for sure that any time Trump mentions a specific criminal group or gang of violent people and criticizes them, what he is really doing is demonizing pretty much every person who happens to be of the same race or ethnicity of many/most members of the aforementioned gang or group? So, if he goes to China and criticizes the Triads for murdering innocent people, what he is really saying is "I hate all Chinese people and they are all criminals"? Once I heard him criticize the Italian mafia as well as their associates who may not all be Italian. So, using your interpretive abilities, I'm assuming what he really meant was that Italians are terrible, Irish are all drunks and Jewish people are greedy(??) Lol

If you choose to accept any knowledge from conservative members of this forum, the most important thing to accept is that you are NOT being told the truth most of the time when it comes to race relations and minorities. The daily diatribe you hear from the progressive elite media is designed first and foremost as political propaganda. The idea that there are a lot of bigots in the Republican party is bunk. The race card is overused by democrats and leftist elites, because it has been a VERY effective way to keep minorities on the democrats' plantation'. It's just not accurate to say that racism is ANYWHERE near as bad as they make it out to be.

Yes, I am arguing that by making M13 the main story about immigrants he is indeed painting all immigrants with the same brush. It's not even a clever ploy, it's a ploy that has been used by sad little men like him for thousands of years. He is doing it to Mexicans, Bush 2 did the same thing with gay people, Bush 1 with black people and Reagan with poor people. Nixon did it with hippies and anti-war people. As for the race card being overused, it must seem that way to white racists.
