Bombshell: FEC Records Indicate Hillary Campaign Illegally Laundered $84 Million

But the charactisation about the facts is wrong.Considering the FACTS, I am sure the lawsuit will be summarily dismissed. Lots of frivolous lawsuits are filed all the time.

Remember when Trump filed a 5 million dollar lawsuit against Bill Maher because the comedian made a joke about Trump being an orangutan?

Good times.

Oh, by the way

https://www.fec.gov/files/legal/murs/current/117162.pdf

Letter From FEC stating their findings show nothing was done illegally. THe complaint was brought on by pro Trump PAC, shown to not have any merit. And now that same PAC is suing the FEC claiming it should have taken action. Yet, the dumb righties are playing it up like Clinton laundered 84 million. THe FEC findings shows there was no wrong doing.

But why does that stop dishonest right wingers from spreading it around, after all, Fox news sells the BS like this

FEC hit with lawsuit over ignoring civil complaint accusing Clinton, DNC in election scheme | Fox News

The Hillary Clinton Campaign and the Democratic National Committee allegedly used state chapters as strawmen to launder as much as $84 million in an effort to circumvent campaign donation limits, and the Federal Election Commission ignored complaints exposing the practice, a lawsuit filed Monday claims.

And they lead with this BS.

So summarize the facts.

1. pro-Trump PAC filed complaint agianst Clinton campaign with the FEC
2. FEC finds no wrong doing
3. pro Trump PAC sues FEC because they didn't like the finding of new wrong doing
4. Right wing hack ignore the facts and pretend Clinton laundered $84 million. The same idiots probably believed the piizzagate nonsese

And...

Do you have a link that image...cuz it looks like it came from a fake news conspiracy website?

It seems your conspiracy website has their Podestas mixed up...

The lawsuit filed isn't fake, it was filed. Whether or not you believe the summation at the link is irrelevant, the link to the filing is there.

I can file a lawsuit against Thanos for thinking obscene thoughts about me today.

Well, maybe tomorrow.

The article rightfully points to wait and see. They didn't dismiss the possibility outright. So we have a claim that might be true or not.

then why does the title of this op have the title

Bombshell: FEC Records Indicate Hillary Campaign Illegally Laundered $84 Million

there is a word that describes the genre that this kind of title belongs under: clickbait.

Well, this appears to be what can be characterized as 'fake news'. Look at the indications . Fuming against 'mainstream media'. The use of highly emotionally charged . words.. and twisting of facts to make it appear to be other than it is.

You can ignore all that and just ask the basic question of whether a suit was actually filed. It's not that complicated.

Uh oh....

This doesn't even count the fees for Bill and millions of Russian cash donated to the ClintonSlushFundation.

Ain't America great (again)!

The mainstream media took no notice of a federal court filing that exposes a $84 million money-laundering conspiracy Democrats executed during the 2016 presidential election.

The press continues to feed the dying Russia collusion conspiracy theory, spending Friday’s news cycle regurgitating Democrat talking points from the just-filed Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act lawsuit against the Trump campaign, WikiLeaks, and Russia.

Yet the mainstream media took no notice of last week’s federal court filing that exposes an $84 million money-laundering conspiracy the Democratic National Committee and the Hillary Clinton campaign executed during the 2016 presidential election in violation of federal campaign-finance law.

That lawsuit, filed last week in a DC district court, summarizes the DNC-Clinton conspiracy and provides detailed evidence from Federal Election Commission (FEC) filings confirming the complaint’s allegations that Democrats undertook an extensive scheme to violate federal campaign limits.

FEC Records Indicate Hillary Campaign Illegally Laundered $84 Million

If what the article states is true, namely:
For instance, the HVF reported transferring $19,500 to the Mississippi Democratic Party on November 2, 2015, and the Democratic National Committee reported receiving $19,500 from the Mississippi Democratic Party on November 2, 2015. But the Mississippi Democratic Party never recorded the receipt or the disbursement of the $19,500, and without the Mississippi Democratic Party controlling the funds, the HVF’s contribution to the DNC violated campaign finance law.

Over a 13-month period, FEC records show some 30 separate occasions when the HVF transferred contributions totaling more than $10 million to the DNC without any corresponding record of the receipt or disbursement from the state parties, thus illegally leap-frogging the state Democratic parties.

Wow, money transfers into and out of the state account, of exactly the money amount, without the state party's knowledge, never within the state party's control, on the same day. The FBI's financial crimes division would have a conviction in a heart beat for anyone else other than the Clinton's.

This sure looks and sounds like the typical Clinton scam, i.e. legal in name only, by the thinnest hairbreadth of margins, and definitely not in the spirit of the law.

This is how the Clinton's operate, and have operated for decades.

You can ignore all that and just ask the basic question of whether a suit was actually filed. It's not that complicated.

The basic reason is 'politics'

Back during the time of the Inquisition in Europe, they would sometimes dig up bodies of alleged heretics to try them and burn them at the stake. Hillary is still with us, but I suspect that even after she passes to the great Whitewater-in-the-sky, people will be still after her for pizzagate et al. She lost, Republicans, get over it!
