You know, I really would not be so flippant about employers taking sexual advantage of their employees.
You are right. Both sides are not equal. When Republicans have engaged in corruption and abuse of power, they are typically held accountable by Republican-led Justice Departments and are then removed from the halls of power. As they should be. When Democrats engage in corruption and abuse of power, Democrat-led Justice departments typically do everything in their power to shield them, and they are able to get away with it, or simply retire/resign without further incident. So I would say that Democrats have a very nice advantage in this regard in that, on the whole, Democrats circle the wagons and look out for their own so long as it is politically convenient. Republicans don't. Whether that is a good thing or not, I leave that up to you to decide.
Oh, most certainly. But that is because George W. Bush bears responsibility for the intelligence failures and those same national security agencies' failure to stop the 9/11 hijackers, as, apparently, the
United States Intelligence Services saw that there were warning signs and possibility of a terrorist attack before 9/11. While I would not be so crude as to say "George W. Bush is responsible for 9/11", (because only the 9/11 Hijackers and the Al Qaeda planners were responsible for the attacks), as President he was certainly responsible for the actions of the intelligence agencies which he oversaw, and those intelligence failures were
his responsibility.
