Washington (CNN)A manager for the porn star who was reportedly paid $130,000 by President Donald Trump's personal lawyer claims the agreement between the two is no longer valid.

Gina Rodriguez, a manager for Stephanie Clifford, who is also known as Stormy Daniels, said Wednesday that Clifford believes Michael Cohen voided the non-disclosure agreement with her by admitting he paid Clifford $130,000.
Rodriguez added: "Everything is off now, and Stormy is going to tell her story."

This should be fun. Sounds like she's in for a yuuuuge payday.

Sooo...is her "story" supposed to be one of the "MeToo!" allegations of sexual abuse/harassment...or the more sordid "pay for (sex) play" blackmail type?

She already got a "huge payday," she is obviously seeking more... More money, more notoriety, more sympathy (as if), and to be more relevant.

That's how I see it anyway. :coffeepap:

Considering the countless people Trump has ****ed (over), the irony is delicious.

Cohen doesn't seem to be a very smart lawyer.

By claiming to have paid the $130K, if he did indeed violate the NDA (as claimed), then he consequently rendered the NDA null and void!

Also, he now opened up his tax records for Mueller to inspect.

So either he's not very good, or the consequences for Trump were potentially so horrendous, they had to throw caution to the wind and issue his statement.

But something does not add-up with Cohen, here. Not at all.

Looks all the world to me that Trumps Friend and Lawyer just fell on his sword for Trump.....For the Rebellion.......For America......

Looks like we will know for sure sooner rather than later....

When exactly has an attorney EVER paid a client's legal fees? That is a steaming crock of bull**** is what that is.

Devils in the details. We get to know if 5 deferment cadet bone spurs is as big a perv as we think he is. Should be great, especially for all those "values voters" out there.

When you work for Trump, and you know beyond a shadow of a doubt that he is good for it, because this is almost the last honest man.

WTF are you even talking about? Trump stiffs the little people for breakfast. He is a flim flam man. As to his honesty, you actually expect to be taken seriously?

Have you considered the fact that your President paid off on a shakedown? That he's vulnerable to blackmail? Or do you believe his lawyer paid a six-figure hush-money bribe without his knowledge?

Let's ask some of those creditors who got burned in one of his many bankruptcies about him being 'the last honest man'.

Cohen may have indeed laundered Trump's money through his personal account. That will be for Mueller & the FEC to determine.

But if Trump can be proven to have used campaign funds to pay hush-money to his porn star mistress, then he's in felony-level trouble with the FEC.

I can't even believe he said that. Just watch him back peddle.

This is hilarious. I love the idea that Trump is going to get embarrassed. I hope they catch him red handed. I'm betting Melania is none too pleased. But then again she's keeping busy with that anti-bullying campaign. :lamo

Maybe you could you define "honest" for us ?

Interesting phraseology there...so as an aside, just who do you think the "victim" really is here?

I've never much cared about sex scandals involving consenting adults. IMO most of the MeToo! allegations involved willing participants at the time, who now see social and fiscal advantages in turning second thoughts, resentments, and regrets into public scandals.

I felt that way about the original MeToo! ice-breaker of the Bill Cosby scandals.

So while others will cry out (hypocritically IMO) about the "horrible chauvinistic man-beasts" most men in our society have allegedly been raised to be, I give it little consideration and even less belief.

The man starts sleeping with another babe, four months after his new wife gives birth!

Ouch! :doh

I wouldn't doubt she leaves him after his time in office.

I don't think there is a 'victim' here. And I don't think adultery is the issue, the sex scandal. The issue is the payment. That's what should be raising warning flags. That's what I'd be focused on, were I American. I'd wonder how vulnerable Trump is to blackmail and I'd worry about his predilection for paying off.
Unless you buy the story that his lawyer paid off a six-figure shakedown without Trump even knowing about it, and that now it's public knowledge he's willing to take the fall without any payback, if you buy that then I guess the discussion has nowhere else to go.

Yeah, but there's two bigger points:

1] He put himself in a position to be blackmailed, while acting as a public official.

2] His hush-money payment, if involving campaign funds, would be a felony (I believe) violating campaign finance laws.

Those are the larger ramifications of his sexcapades with Ms. Daniels, above the sensationalist interest.

I don't think any of it matters...except to those who already dislike Trump and seek any and every scandal to prop up their "resistance" stance now that it is beginning to appear that the whole "collusion" narrative might have been a plot to scuttle his Presidency by political opponents in and outside of the prior Administration...by any means necessary.

He has been under attack from day one after his election, and the efforts have never let up.

So forgive me if this "new" scandal doesn't ruffle my feathers.

It's the cover-up. Always is.

Trump is binary as we all know when we are talking about his black/white zero sum thinking....He is binary....1/0......succeed/fail.....those who succeed get great money and power, those who fail get kicked out with as little as Trump can get away with letting you have.

I used to jam Trump up for this practice.

I am coming round.

I never figured that you would get it.....this is for other people.

EDIT: Trump is a combo of Gordon Gekko, Batman , and something else I cant put my finger on yet....I am still watching to see how this super high roll of the dice in Craps turns out,,,,and while I was once pretty sure I knew, now I dont.
