I seriously doubt Mueller has any jurisdiction over this matter at all, nor should he IMHO.Cohen doesn't seem to be a very smart lawyer.
By claiming to have paid the $130K, if he did indeed violate the NDA (as claimed), then he consequently rendered the NDA null and void!
Also, he now opened up his tax records for Mueller to inspect.
So either he's not very good, or the consequences for Trump were potentially so horrendous, they had to throw caution to the wind and issue his statement.
But something does not add-up with Cohen, here. Not at all.
I don't want this scandal to bring Trump down. There is ample evidence of a WH conspiracy to withhold material information and mislead investigators, in regards to the campaigns outreach to foreign interests.
For that, Trump should be removed from office, not his antics with some anal queen.
