It was ah how will you say astonishing. This is all the other stupid stuff Trump said in Ohio while also praising the stock market which was dropping like a rock while he was doing it. The speech was pretty much an incoherent love-fest that kicked off the 2018 campaign which he doesn't care if he wins or loses and he loves Rob Portman apparently.

I love Chris Cillizza remarks. Here are some of them:

People don't just like the tax cuts. They have actively fallen in love with them. They may marry the tax cuts.

Wait, what are these other jobs Trump is talking about? And can I have one? They seem easy!

It's February 6.

Yup. That about covers it.

Yes, what Trump is saying here is that Republican losses in 2018 would probably be a good thing for him in 2020. But, he's still rooting for his side!

The man is full blown mentally ill and now we have his opinion that not kissing his bloated ass publicly with loud clapping and standing ovations is treasonous. No doubt Stalin and Hitler would agree with that sentiment.

to be quite honest I see the fact that Trump is POTUS as having the effect of making the office a complete & utter joke; a very sad joke

the only real option any POTUS going forward can have is to lob weapons of war at an enemy; other than that the office of POTUS really means not a damn thing any longer

Those are hilarious (the ones you quoted - especially the Christmas one BWAHAHA), but some on that list made me laugh out loud. The constant mentions of "Rob" are too priceless for words.

That is the most inarticulate boob to ever even contemplate running for dog catcher, forget President.

Yes that's why I thought maybe he thought he was talking to Natalie Portman. I can't imagine liking someone that much unless the Portman rap got stuck in his head.
