Sean Hannity steps in it

Sadly I think they are limited by the software, which seems to be stuck in 1990s emoji land.

Yeah, vBulletin is pretty terrible, but forum platforms cost money and this one works just fine. It's largely functional, and if the main complaint is that we don't have enough emojis, we're doing OK.

I do love how most of the wingnuts publicly say how they don’t like Hannity, but parrot his nutty conspiracy theories word for word.

Search ‘Seth Rich’ for examples.

Well, it's kind of like how some of them on this forum pretend that they didn't vote for Donald Trump, but they defend him in every single damn thread. It's also how some of them pretend that they never supported or defended Bush during his presidency (even though they did) because they are pissed off that Bush doesn't support that piece of **** that is the current leader of their party.

The biggest tell of a Trump supporter is the phrase ‘I didn’t vote for Trump and think he’s awful, but...’

it's to save face. They know Trump is a criminal piece of trash, and if the **** ends up hitting the fan, they can just say "Well I never voted for him, I just defended him from an unfair liberal media!".

I'm not defending Trump or Hannity, but

You’re going to anyway because for years you’ve made a massive deal out of lying and dishonesty being a utterly unacceptable to you...

Unless the person hails from your tribe.

The point being, Hannity leads with claiming "THE NEW YORK TIMES IS TRYING TO DISTRACT YOU" because his sources wouldn't corroborate the NYT's report.

The later cut, after his sources did corroborate it, was to rush through a "so what if he did, that's his right" defense, say "we'll deal with this tomorrow," than an immediate jump cut to a high-speed freeway crash -- as in, a GIANT ****ING DISTRACTION.

Are these sources *Gasp* anonymous??? I did not hear Hannity name names.

See how quickly he moved away from the story? Almost immediately he cut to a high speed chase in Arizona.

in an instant it went from 'fake news" to 'nothingburger'
