Obama rips Fox News viewers are living on a different planet

Are we arguing here which channel has which sides opinion shows or are people saying the actual news coverage has a right slant on Fox?

If everything Fox reports is a lie, like some say here, I want to know where Michael Jackson is living right now because Fox reported he had died.

This pretty much sums up the attitude of today's radical Democratic Party and the incompetent President who led it for the past 8 years. Obama is so out of touch with reality that it is he living in that alternative universe, a true fantasy world where results don't matter but rhetoric and feelings do.

I welcome anyone here explaining that comment by the former President and why Fox Viewers are living on a different planet? Could it be that Fox viewers actually think rather than feel, that they actually look at results vs. being led around and told what to believe?

Right now 31 Republican house members have announced their early retirement- (will not run for reelection)-noticing the Tsunami headed their way. In TEXAS the DNC has announced it will be running candidates for every single congressional seat. TED CRUZ is up for reelection this year The DNC is invading deep red states with democrat candidates, something they would have never attempted in the past. It makes sense in Texas, because they have an American legal voting Hispanic population of 40%.

I'll bet my last nickle that FOX NEWS never showed you those pictures, or made fun of them, or told you they were all "paid" protestors, or simply did not report on it.

It's very clear that by electing Trump, you have awoken a sleeping giant in this country, and it pissed. The anger over Trump in this country is palpable.

Once Democrats take over both houses it's over. If Republicans can do 8 investigations into Benghazi, it's not hard to imagine what Democrats will do with Treason, Obstruction & Lies. They aren't going to have any issues with starting impeachment proceedings.

The jobs recovery started under the Obama administration, and long before Trump ever walked into the Oval office--:lamo Cutting regulations & taxes was something every other GOP candidate was campaigning on for the last several years. Trump didn't come up with it, he just followed along.

Giving Trump credit for economic gains has been more complicated. During a meeting with his business advisory council last month, the president praised a jobs report he said showed "big-league" labor market growth and the "great spirit in the country right now." But the report itself was for the month of January, & the majority of that month was under Obama's leadership.

Fast-forward again to Tuesday, when Trump also used his speech to Congress as an opportunity to cite economic statistics that on the surface and without proper context look disappointing. He asserted, for example, that "94 million Americans are out of the labor force, "but failed to mention that millions of people in that group are retirees, students, disabled or stay-at-home parents.

He also noted that the country is in the midst of "the worst financial recovery in 65 years," but failed to mention that the U.S. is also coming out of the worst financial downturn in 65 years. Trump additionally decried a "trade deficit in goods with the world last year" that totaled "nearly $800 billion." But he left out that the country's deficit in goods and services – which is how deficits are traditionally measured – is roughly $300 billion smaller.

One reason Presidents who are wise, don't take credit for stock market increases, is because they then have to take credit for the stock market downturns and crashes also--which ALWAYS happen after a good uptick. That happens when the Federal Reserve bank starts raising interest rates, (which they have already started to do) to slow the economy down & mutual fund managers start looking at rational p/e ratios. There is such a thing called irrational exuberance in the stock market.

In this nations history, there has never been a President that was elected that was hated by so many. He continually throws gasoline on that fire with his outrageous comments and tweets, and not everyone has a stock market account.

Not enough of your daughters friends voted for the Obama agenda as he lost the House in 2010-2012 and the Congress in 2014-2016 as Democrats ran on the Obama record and lost.

It is indeed amazing what low standards you have as it only took 8 years and Obama never got the U-6 rate back to pre recession levels. It is also amazing how good his numbers are now that he is out of office. He probably should have left earlier to get those better numbers quicker. I personally want to thank him for giving us Trump

2007 numbers are pre recession, 2016 are Obama's last month in office with a 1.8% GDP growth and 9.4% U-6 rate, 2017 are Trump's numbers his first year in office. GDP Growth first qtr, Obama 1.2% , 2nd Qtr Trump 3.1%, Third qtr. Trump 3.2%

FOX News did cover the weak minded drones parroting the rote learned chants about a topic they did not understand and could not discuss if questioned by an interviewer.

You post demonstrators as a proof of what? What did they do/are doing to help folks make a better living, find a permanent home or solve the riddle of poverty for millions of underpaid?

Childish protests by the weak minded against topics that are not connected to the man are misguided and impress only the other weak minded that couldn't make to the demonstration on time that day.

The Blue Wave election that is predicted to occur in 20i8 has been predicted for every election from 2010 to today. It's always predicted and never seems to happen.

Is it possible the weak minded can't find the polls on election day?

Why is the prediction always made and, up to now, the goods have not been delivered? Who is making these identical, repeating predictions and on what are they basing their predictions?
