Alabama Secretary of State John Merrill is slated to certify the special election results Thursday. But the Moore campaign launched a last-minute court battle to stop state officials from certifying Jones as the winner, saying it should be delayed until a "thorough investigation of potential election fraud," according to his press release.

This man is the gift that keeps on giving.

Just let it progress so we can get this over with. I really could care less about Moore, but if they find any reason for these claims. Then they should just go through with the normal process.

Set up a seat for him in the mens **** house.

This would be great on the old LEAVE IT TO BEAVER tv show

Beaver: hey Wally - this guy claims lots of illegal voters voted against him and that is why he lost.
Wally: don't worry about it Beav - the guy has no proof that it happened.
Beaver: gee Wally - I thought adults were suppose to be responsible and accept the results.
Wally: Not his guy Beav, he just cannot let it go.
Beaver: But where does he get the idea from that illegal voters voted against him?
Wally: Well President Trump said the same thing when almost three million more people voted for Clinton that voted for him just a year ago.
Beaver: And he just makes stuff like that up?
Wally: Sure Beav - it makes them feel better... its like Eddie Haskell saying he could have been the quarterback on the football team but the coach wouldn't put him on the team because he dated the coaches daughter and felt her up at the drive in.
Beaver: Does President Trump feels up girls at the drive in Wally?
Wally: Pretty much anywhere he want to Beav. In fact thats why Eddie wants to be President himself some day.
