It's an incredibly low-brow, cheap innuendo.
 
Since losing the election, indeed since Trump's presidential campaign was launched, the political Left has been in the grip of a mounting collective hysteria, a hysteria that the news media has promoted, and that has affected vicariously far too many citizens whose critical thinking is wanting. The political Left bids fair to undermine liberal democracy in America, and this American watches the media circus from the sidelines with growing alarm, hoping that with Trump's second term in office this mishegas will have petered out.
