Aphantasia may blind you to mental images.... meaning the representation in a person's mind of the physical world outside of that person. ...

I guess that is the difference between libertarians and liberals. I know better what is best for me than you do. But I believe you know what is better for you than I do. I don't pretend I know what is best for others. so I choose what is best for me. Big government types who want to control others have to pretend they know what is better for others than those others know for themselves. Its how the big government control freaks justify wanting to run the lives of other people. Pretend its "better" for those other people

We will never know how you actually will vote if you are faced with an angelic pro gun, pro life, anti gay rights male running against another Hillary clinton-a woman who you most likely agree with on issues such as gun banning, free abortion and gay rights. you claim you would write in a vote. I tend to doubt it but cannot prove otherwise

That's not integrity, that's selfishness. Don't confuse the two.

Integrity means doing the right thing no matter what, even if it isn't the best option for you. Integrity is having values of right and wrong and clinging to those values even when it is not easy to do.

It's okay to admit integrity is not important to you when it comes to your vote. I hold little respect for those with no integrity, but, at the very least, if you're honest about not caring about anything but yourself, there's a small bit of respect to be had in your honesty. But, ultimately, my respect (and the respect of others) is not likely to matter to you if you only care about yourself. But, to other people, integrity is important.

As I said earlier in the thread, you don't have to vote for the Democrat (if you lived in Alabama). You could write in a candidate or not vote at all. No one is putting a gun to your head and forcing you to choose one or the other. However, if forced, I find it reflective of the society we have become where team politics becomes more important than the welfare of a child.
