I have read those quotes before, but I've never heard of this particular source, which appears to select stories from various outlets to rebroadcast, so to speak. In any case, there's no date on the actual story, but the dates on these tweets indicate this information has been available for several weeks. ATM, I'm just putting this into my "nothing new to see here" bucket.
