Trump trashes outgoing Republican senator in public falling out

Congress has a 10% approval rating. Corker might want to slowdown with the daycare references.

Tennessee among Republicans primary voters

All with questions

The polling company also said its survey found that if Corker were up for re-election today, less than half of those surveyed — 47 percent — said they would vote for him. Another 37 percent said they would vote for an unnamed Democratic opponent. But 16 percent said they weren't sure how they would vote.

As Democrats say Corker vulnerable, others question 'push poll' | Times Free Press

Bottom line, it's the same story. In the House, everyone loves their own congressman, it is the other 434 that is the problem. The same applies to the senate.

I love how these people open up about how they really feel about Trump once they realize they no longer need him.

Most people kiss his ass, either because they want something from him, or they are afraid of him.

His petty vindictive nature is a direct symptom of his narcissism.

Some narcissists, even after they lose the POTUS election, write books blaming all but themselves to try to stay relevant. Doesn't that make her brown eyes blue?

Oh I imagine Trump will write a book, regardless. His author--Roger Stone--is also involved in this Russian investigation, claiming he had a back door into Wikileaks and was in contact with the Russian hacker. Amazing how ego's attach to other ego's.---

WASHINGTON — Roger J. Stone Jr., an off-and-on adviser to President Trump for decades, has acknowledged that he had contact on Twitter with Guccifer 2.0, the mysterious online figure that is believed to be a front for Russian intelligence officials.

It is the first time that someone associated with Mr. Trump has confirmed any type of contact with Guccifer 2.0, which claimed to be a Romanian hacker and took credit for the hacking of the Democratic National Committee.

So Roger Stone has had to lawyer up--and has been subpoenaed in to testify also.

The White House has been turned into a daily comedy T.V. reality show.

Actually, Trump would hire a ghostwriter, just as he has done with all of his earlier books. I don't think he has the mindset to create a book but also he obviously doesn't have the temperament required to sit down for hours before a computer and hit the keys for the hours and days necessary.

nor does he have the vocabulary for it

"I know you are but what am I"
"But Hillary"

Surely you have better, it's just that Trump brings out the worst in people I suspect.

Seriously, comparing anyone as being narcissistic to Trump, is like trying to see a flashlight beam against full sunlight. Trump is the holy incarnation of narcissism, to the point it appears it's changed his brain into that of a petty, foolish child.

Too bad for 45 that Corker has more credibility. Oh, and that he has more balz than the rest of his party.

Maybe as a group, but unlike Trump, just about every Congressman and Senator can command over 50% of the vote from their respective constituencies..... and, considering that a majority of Americans think Trump is unfit (not simply disapproves, but thinks he is unfit) to be President.....

Poll: Trump unfit to be president, majority says - Business Insider

Corker is on safer ground than Trump here.

Trump is doing nothing to expand his base, while day by day, people in Washington and in America peel away. His power base may be fervent, but its getting smaller. You can't continue being President trying to govern from a minority position

Nice spin.

You mean the truth. corker got more support than Trump did percentage wise in their elections.

More people voted for Corker than President Trump? Link?

I said percentage not numbers, learn to read what people post.

Nationwide?

I didn't claim that did I for election? You can't even admit your mistake can you? But you can't prove nationwide people approve or disprove what corker said.

You said "more support percentage wise". President Trump got 46% of the country. Corker didn't come nowhere near to 46% support nationwide.

No, he got 46% of those that voted. About 60% of the people voted, meaning he got 28% of the country..... and, unlike Corker, he finished second in the vote.

Nice spin.

Not as good as your spin.

Almost all congressman and senators have greater than 50% of the vote in their districts. Substantially all of them are on much firmer ground for re-election than Trump*.

Freedom's just another word for nothing left to lose. Thank you, Sen. Corker.

I never said Trump wrote a book, just like everything else he has done in life--he has always had the money to buy the brains to work his success.
