Will Trump Switch Parties?

Donald J Trump won the presidency because he ran as anti-establishment. There was an anti-establishment candidate who ran in the Democratic primaries, too. But he was bulldozed by the Clinton Machine and the DNC. Trump did so well because there were so many candidates on the Republican ticket. He was able to steal the news media coverage.

I dont know about that

I do, the Dems did not elect him president, the Republicans did. The guy is a con artist and the Republicans bought it hook line and sinker.

And the Democrats ran such a poor campaign that they could not defeat him, even with one of the most popular presidents in recent history pushing Hillary R Clinton as his choice to succeed him. You may not like Donald J Trump. You may not like the Republicans. But you couldn't beat him.

The only thing you 've done is proven what I said correct. Just because the Dems lost doesn't make the Republicans any less fools nor does it make Trump any less a con artist. Thank you for solidifying my point :lamo

The country elected him as president

The country elected him as president

Were the majority that elected him Republicans or Dems? I'll give you a hint, the majority weren't Dems. My point stands unrefuted. Republicans were fooled.

My point also stands unrefuted that democrats were just as eager to suck on the tit of Trump when he was pretending to be on their side.

If that were true, why wasn't Trump elected as the Dem president? Oh yeah, he wasn't so while certain Dems of the party might have been pro-trump at the time the majority wasn't. Unlike the Republicans where the majority actually WANTED him as president. Republicans that elected him proved they were the fools.

Trump has never been loyal to any party. He has stated over and over he is loyal to the people. He has proven that over and over. Only those with their eyes closed haven't seen that already.

Anti establishment:

has taken on a whole new meaning.

Really? How many voted for him as a Democrat?

You can call it whatever you want, but your party, including the most qualified candidate ever, lost to that guy you are calling a con man. That should tell you something about the Democrats, they failed.

God I hope so... imagine the utter horror of the Left.

I know pissing off liberals is what folks on the right live for -- like blood to vampires, but it makes no sense (like conservative tax, health care, domestic and foreign policy). If he switched to the Dems, we wouldn't nominate him in 2020.

First, HRC got 3 million more voters to vote for her.
Second, 80% of the representation in the country is held by 50% of the voters.
“Given contemporary demography, a little bit less than 50 percent of the country lives in 40 of the 50 states,” Sanford Levinson, a constitutional law scholar at the University of Texas, told me. “Roughly half the country gets 80 percent of the votes in the Senate, and the other half of the country gets 20 percent.”
A combination of gerrymandering and the tight clustering of Democrats in urban areas means that even if Democrats get significantly more overall votes than Republicans in the midterms — which polls show is probable — they may not take back the House of Representatives. (According to a Brookings Institution analysis, in 2016, Republicans won 55.2 percent of seats with just under 50 percent of votes cast for Congress.)
Third, the con man was assisted by a hostile foreign intelligence service that spammed social media with negative and fake news.

If you thought he would win... sure you would.

Nice partisan hack comment too... BTW.

First... so you are saying Hilary is the President?

Third.... ever heard the dont throw rocks in a glass house saying?

It just proves republicans were fools. But hey if they want to wear that proudly so be it lol.

That's all wonderful. The fact still remains that Trump is the President and the only way that Hillary gets in the White House is if she signs up for a tour.

But those fools took a candidate who had never run for public office before and bitchslapped your best qualified candidate for the office, ever. <slap>

And that still doesn’t make trump voters less foolish so if they want to wear their ignorance proudly so be it.

Just because foolish republicans came out in numbers doesn’t make them less foolish.

You can call Trump and his supporters foolish if you want, but that doesn't change the fact that we call him President. Your candidate? She's off finding herself in some woods.

And? I’m content with the fact trump voters look foolish. You’re saying Clinton lost doesn’t make your choice look any smarter. You’re the one who supports the twitter tantrum in chief making America look idiotic.
