You are right. Obama failed to close the gap of disparity between the middle class and the rich over the obstruction of the Republicans who controlled Congress. He should be vilified for not being powerful enough to end-run Republican majorities bent upon halting his agenda.your problem is you think so much of yourself, it's nauseating. Fact, Obama failed to close the gap of disparity between the middle class and the Rich and in fact widened the gap. All because of his failed economic policies.
No matter what nonsense you come up with it will not change that fact.

The disconnect is that Republicans in power don't want income inequality lowered, since they serve their super-rich masters' interests. They relentlessly undercut every policy that Obama proposed that would lower inequality. They blame Obama, not because they really want inequality lowered, but merely as a talking point to attack Obama.
