The Republicans are proving to the whole world that they are completely unable to govern even with all three branches of government are under their control and need to go the way of the Federalist or the whig party.

Lord it was nice when there was competent adults on both sides of the aisle and our foreign policies was for the most part was bilateral.
 
As much as I don't care for Trump, thank God for earth one. Trump makes me wonder and worry, Clinton causes me morning sickness.
I just wish that we weren't forced to live in this state of limbo where we are, here and now, where news is hard to come by, and truth is distorted to fit one's reality.

News and facts are not hard to come by in my opinion but too many of us are filtering out news and facts we do not care for and living in our own reality.

Right now I would be overjoy if we just have a sane adult in the Whitehouse instead of the clown we have now.

Those numbers are artificially inflated by subsidies. It is basically a shell game with money shifting costs away from the insurance costs to the tax payer. Remove the subsidies and the prices would dramatically shoot up. Nothing in Obama care that I am aware of actually fixes any of the issues with health care costs, it simply uses taxes to lessen the burden. In fact many of the regulations implemented by the ACA actually increase the costs of healthcare/insurance.

I don't know about impeached, but it would have been one investigation after another and noting would have moved...kind of like now, but with the GOP having Hillary to blame.

This Trump thing is actually the best case scenario for Dems. It will pay dividends for a generation.

This is one of my issues with a Trump presidency during the campaign. The short term benefits of not getting Hillary is great but if turns out to be a catastrophe then long term looks bleak. If those 1 or 2 SC appointments open up before Trumps leaves office then it may turn out better for the long run though. If Hillary had 3 SC justice picks, it would likely have been disastrous.

It is sad that the system has been so corrupted that the Supreme court has become a partisan issue when it should be apolitical.

Yep. With justices being picked who are in their forties and staying late into their 70's and even their 80's, it's a problem both sides now exploit. Gorsuch may end up serving until 2060. Ginsberg may stay on into her 90's.
