If it were true, the Democrats wouldn't be on the sidelines.
Then why didn't trumpcare pass?

Funny. I was sort of hoping Obama would have united people. Didn't happen. The Right Wing went Tea Bagger crazy. Fox News and Talk Radio started inventing stories like "death panels" and "Kenyan anti-colonialist." So, before you knew it, the country became more divided than ever.
I have no doubt that what you are getting now with Trump is what I call Karma. And, Karma be a bitch.
Obama was anti white
Racist swill. Racists like to claim that recognizing the existence of racism is racist. So pathetically stupid.
And you don't care what lie you tell.
I bet you a username change that you can't find of single post of mine defending Trumpcare. Go!
TrumpCare isn't even a reality yet.
If it is, it'll be as big a turd as Obamacare.
You found that quote, or are you ready for me to select your user name?
You don't have any posts defending it because it doesn't exist yet. So there's nothing to defend. When and if it becomes a reality, I expect you to keep your word on this.
IMO, the dems wanted to 'fix' ACA into single-payor healthcare. Not a single vote for Trumpcare...... Which is partianship at its finest. Then why didn't trumpcare pass?

Now this...this I like...."immoral clod".
I've been calling DT a buffoon, but I like "immoral clod" much better.
Nice descriptor......mind if I use it in my next sig?
You affirmed the title of my thread. Partisanship is ruining American politics. Not a single dem voted for the bill. Ideological GOPs didn't vote for the bill. The bill didn't get passed. Our political system is in an upheaval. The republicans have the majority they could have passed it with ZERO dem votes. It didn't pass which means it is a bad bill. Can't blame dems on this one with a republican majority in congress and the preisdency.

I'm for allowing dems and GOPs to work together to fix the healthcare system. I'm against single-payor healthcare because that's ultimately what America has now. Healthcare where the government makes all the decisions...and the costs of healthcare rising higher and higher and higher.
Side note: Trump and other political dummies who think letting ACA die and then proposing other healthcare programs are sadly mistaken. Biggest mistake of their short, party-domination-of-congress lives. I can't imagine what they are thinking. Can someone help me out?

It may be important for you to know that partisan bills should never become law. If the two sides can't agree that something is good for the country, then it shouldn't happen. I think partisanship saves us a lot of money.
I assume from what you just said that you meant partisanship "costs" us a lot of money and not saves correct? I agree that both sides should have to agree on a bill and we should have a 60-75% support rule in congress that no one can change.
You talking about ACA? That partisan bill became law. You admit its a bad law?It may be important for you to know that partisan bills should never become law. If the two sides can't agree that something is good for the country, then it shouldn't happen. I think partisanship saves us a lot of money.

Once all the insurance companies are out of ACA, it's eventually gonna become single-payor healthcare. It is a terrible law. Putting government in charge of health insurance is, frankly, stupid.
How many years ago was Barack Obama president? Obama wasn't a divider?Well since the ACA is more popular than trump I would say you are incorrect about the "will" of the American people.
And trump has been the biggest divider president we've had in decades.

Not without a new law.

Trump, IMO, is the best chance of healing the divide between the ideologues,
the zealots in Washington and elsewhere in American politics.
