Actually,there's a big difference between chuckling over a fake magazine cover and slinging disgusting personal insults. It's Trump who can't take it. He's once again shown what a thin skinned vulgar jerk he truly is. Since we already knew that, this isn't really news.

She didn't say that Trump was pathetic, just that the magazine cover was. Personal is when you insult a person, not an object associated with a person. For example, calling some fat or old. Trump is both, but Mika didn't say that.
