A transcript of what, president ding-dong's tweet? It's a tweet, that was all.

Are you assuming his administration or the press were told something more professional and explanatory before this? Why would you think that?
Trump dumped this tweet and had his own people scrambling, and the public scratching their head, as usual.

The tweet, which came hours before the United States and China were set to meet in Washington to talk about North Korea, caught multiple Trump administration officials off guard, leaving them scrambling as they tried to figure out what exactly what the President meant.
One Trump administration official said bluntly they didn't know what Trump was referencing when asked what the tweet meant.

It's likely China tried to assist in the rescue of Warmbeir. The tourist company he used operates out of China and this makes the company and China both look bad. :roll:

But I have to say that is the most lame and vacuous attempt to lessen the impact of Tweethead's constant episodes of childish stupidity. Do you by any chance work at the White House?

Really? You don't think having an American get taken by the North Koreans doesn't make the tour company look bad? They advertise that their tours are safe. Getting taken by a bunch of North Koreans is pretty much the exact opposite of "safe".

I think it [the tweet] is bigger than that. If it was only about Otto, Trump would have said "it didn't work out." He wrote "it's not working out."

I take the Tweet to mean, "Thanks China, now hold my beer."
