Trump impeachment from the Right perspective.

This is precisely why I don't understand the tactics Democrats are using. This means that they would have a much better shot at getting more of what they want done because he would bend more than what Pence who is bound to his ideology and faith. I don't see Pence budging on his positions.

The Democrats can't vest him with any power. They aren't in that position.
FFS... his current chief of staff was the RNC Chairman. Can't get any more partisan than that.

I know... and you guys want to take away their healthcare.

Exactly. I want my health care to go up so high that I cannot afford it. Oh wait that is already happening.
I want to pay for government workers platinum health care so I cannot afford my own. Oh wait that is already happening.
I want to pay for the welfare peoples health care instead of being able to afford my own. Oh wait that is already happening.
I want to pay a lot more for health care than any country in the world and get less health care. Oh wait that is what I now have.
No lets not fix this. Lets just pretend that this is acceptable.

That's right. We should use the GOP approach... bitch about it for eight years, and then do nothing but incompetently flail around like ass-holes when in the position to help address the issues.

That's a great strategy!

I'm completely dumbfounded at the lack of deep concern shown by the GOP regarding the actions of the emotionally dysfunctional Donald Trump.

Concern about what? The fact the Russians took a page out our governments book of interfering with the government process of other countries. Maybe they should start assassinating world leaders. So far all the Russians did is expose the corruption in the democratic party. That is what this is really all about. Every government in the world has been hacking and trying to influence other governments to benefit their country. Nothing new except the fact Putin showed the world how corrupt the democratic party is.

The Russians, without a doubt, invaded our election processes with the aid of some in the Trump campaign,

Really. How many people have been indicted now that this is a fact. I would love a list of the indictments and would be very interested in following the trial of these people.

thereby swaying the 2016 election towards one totally unqualified–––a con artist––– who with his family, are using the presidency to enrich themselves!.

You are referring to the Clintons who used their political influence to become rich again after admitting they were broke.

I believe that Trump will be able to get away with anything as long as he satisfies his base and the GOP's job is not threatened; America will cede leadership to China or possibly any other country...The US has taken a step backwards in time with Trump at the helm.

Trump may be above the Law the same as the Clintons. We will find out if the witch hunts ever turn up any actual evidence of criminal actions by Trump.

It looks like the GOP is actively trying to do something about the nightmare. It is the party of resistance that refuses to try and fix the disaster that is now our health care.

I have to admit that I am starting to warm to the idea of a Trump impeachment. I would find it absolutely hilarious if those on the Left got their wish and essentially impeached a carbon copy of Bill Clinton in order to have an Ultra Conservative member of the Religious Right as President. While I personally do not like the Religious Right section of the Republican party I do feel like Pence would do a better job of getting actual conservative policies implemented. Also, Pence would likely make abortion his primary objective.

I think that should the day come that the Left succeeds in their witch hunt it will be more beneficial to those of us on the Right.

Ah, the conundrum facing us liberals... Keep the president who is the most entertaining since LBJ showed us his scar and grabbed dogs by the ears, while having nothing serious happen, or risk the right-wing Pence, who won't entertain but who with congress will try to abolish the New Deal, limit the franchise, and take charge of women's bodies.

Can I let you in on a little secret?

Some Democrats would rather have Trump stick around for awhile instead of being replaced by Pence or Ryan ASAP. He's a deadweight to the Republicans in a way that those other two guys could never be.

In one sense, I can understand where you're coming from; however, from another angle, the longer Trump stays in office the more of an opportunity the "carnival barker" might have to choose the next US Supreme Court nominee, and this to Progressives, would be an earth-shattering event. As for VP Pence becoming President, Lordly have mercy! Pence, in my personal perception, is the core of a very painful nightmare. IMO, the fawning boot-licking Pence is a reject from ancient times.

Indeed. It's like trying to figure out whether dog poop or cat poop smells worse. In reality they're both horrid. :doh

True, there are sick people among us, but that's not what disturbs me. Can you cite the evidence that the Russians 'invaded' our election process or swayed even a single vote? Further...can you explain how China is somehow going to assume a leadership role (beyond the rhetoric that has been offered regarding the completely worthless PCA which wasnt even a treaty)?
