Facebook is a minefield for a centrist. If you suggest that minority group X is anything but a complete victim of circumstances then you get eviscerated by the leftists. However, if you suggest the Constitution might protect things like flag burning, taping police officers, or same sex marriage then you are torn asunder for diminishing the "greatness" of America. These are, of course, opinions but apparently sharing them is now an open assault on values. What a time to be alive.

tribalism is a trait that both sides share. it's classic, probably hard wired in-group / out-group. it's also part of why a two party duopoly is likely to fail in the long term, IMO.

The partisan BS spewed from both sides is the most annoying. Hyper-partisan crap is just non-thinking regurgitation. For something like a Democratic Republic to work, you cannot have that on mass. A Republic requires intelligence to keep.

The people who scare me the most are those who only have only 1 news source, and believe that their news source is gospel, while not even having a clue that they are being severely influenced.

Liberal Elitism is surely very annoying.
Right Wing Tribalism? Actually tribalism itself is rather annoying, especially when running counter to the facts.

The most concerning is the continued culture war between left and right dividing the country, which appears to be the root of the political division. I don't see this coming to a close for at least a generation, if ever.

When the majority of electorate conclude that the 'country's on the wrong track', why is the left oblivious to this, and surprised when there is push back on their agenda? :screwy

This might very well also be the cause for the left's huge losses in state, local, and federal levels.

Come back to the political center or continue to lose ground. But I don't think this message has registered with the DNC leadership.

The worst is elitist tribalism such as the far Left has introduced into political culture. Think SJW or third-wave radical feminism. :)

Hey, give them a break. Many of them use multiple biased news sources!

The entire political system is filled with cowards and self seekers.

Who gives a **** about partisanship when the entire body of DC works in this manner.

Extremists of both sides make me want to just yell. The hyper-partisan politics exuded by congress are slowing our national progress to a halt. People make decisions not based on their beliefs, nor the beliefs of their state, but their decisions solely based on the color of their underwear.

Elitist tribalism is a trait on both sides. Either side holds their noses high and snots on the other, making them look pretty condescending and like asses at the same time.
Just be yourself, don't let either side take you for granted.

You're conflating "the country's on the wrong track" with "the country's on the wrong track and it's all the left's fault."

Don't think so. That poll was during Obama's term. You are disowning Obama now?
