Yeah, Trump's a boob. Hillary would have sold the information, at least. McMasters, who was actually in the meeting in question, has already stated for the record that nothing was disclosed that wasn't already common knowledge among the parties to the meeting. Or did you think that the prospective banning of laptops, already public knowledge and widely announced, was just a development discovered within days before that meeting?

The complete context of what he said is she was not a great candidate but she would have been a great president.

Can't actually disagree...HRC was a dud. Not as bad as Trump, but a dud for sure. Shady AF, and none of the low brow appeal that Trump clearly corned the market on... Too bad the DNC torpedoed Sanders...

Sanders is a socialist from a small Northeastern state with no significant accomplishments as Senator. Like most Senators he isn't qualified for the office based upon actual management experience or legislative successes

A pass on "accidentally" disclosing extremely classified information, thus harming Israel and US intel gathering capability.

Legality is not the only measure.

The bold part is true, however, it is not within his authority to put our country and/or our allies and/or any citizen of either at risk of attack or death by disclosing classified information to our enemies that by doing so does exactly that. The President is not exempt from the law, or the Constitution -- US Constitution, Article III, Section 3.

I only supported the effort to get him to release his birth certificate because there were questions raised, legal questions especially where did he get the financing to go to college and why no one reported even knowing him. After he was elected I never pursued that, only his resume and lack of qualifications to be President. i was right, he was an opportunity lost and a failure. Results matter, not trumped up charges and the Obama results support me

You have no idea what he disclosed but because you want it to be true you and the radical left are making a bigger deal out of it than Israel or those who understand the authority given to the President. Others, including the DNS, said it didn't happen as it's being reported. However, there are competing reports, and just the fact that it could have happened does in fact concern me, as it should anyone that understands the true risk. No political spin, just reality of how our world works and how Russia endangers this world with its alliances with Iran, Hezbollah, Syria, and other seriously bad actors.

The fact that she has no significant accomplishments in any public office she has held says differently. She was a terrible candidate, lost the election but all you can do is blame someone else which is what the radical left always does, never accepting responsibility for anything

That is your opinion, never once did I attack Obama for anything but result related, he failed in his stimulus and failed in his leadership. those are the issues because results matter

The fact that it is reported bothers me in how did that information get released and whose agenda is being boosted. Fact is he had the authority and as you said DNS said it didn't happen as reported yet the point being Israel didn't see this as a big issue so why does the radical left? The true issue is the radical left is passing off bogus information to a totally ignorant base and doing so to stop the Trump agenda which is pro growth, pro jobs, and pro national security

It got released because the Russians pretty much live-streamed the meeting, by putting the details in the internet. So, unlike all the other leaks about Trump that are coming from US government employees, this one came from Russia, which just reemphasizes exactly how bad this could really be.

I am sorry but since it was apparently against Israel and they aren't concerned why is this such a big deal? The left wants it to be a big deal but since Israel isn't concern why isn't that being reported?

That's actually a good and reasonable question.

First, for clarity, I haven't claimed that it did or didn't happen (although I lean toward it being true given the preponderance of the evidence so far).

Now, all I have said is, that if what is being reported turns out to be true, then it is extremely dangerous, and should invoke critical concerns.

The following would be true no matter what, but I'm not saying that it's what's happening in this instance, just that it's more than possible: As to what is being reported that Israel is okay with it, I refer you back to basic IR practices, which is to maintain alliances with your stalwart allies and deflect from any narrative that could endanger those alliances - intentional misinformation to protect the alliance.

I "liked" your post because I agree that it could hurt our allies HOWEVER our relationship with Israel was a disaster under Obama who built his failed reputation on an ability to deal with the Arab countries which fell through after the Arab Spring. Israel may indeed by trying to prop up the Trump Administration but any harm would affect them directly not this country and until they make an issue out of it why are the radical left?
