What Advice Would You Give Trump?

Got another one.

President Trump,
You’ve got a problem with leaks from some in the intelligence agencies, or at least those in the administration that have access to the raw intelligence from the intelligence agencies. I think it’s time to consider revoking Obama’s executive order 12333, where raw intelligence from any intelligence agency is made available to all other intelligence agencies, or at least the parts that stipulate the unfiltered and unmasked sharing of raw intelligence. You’ve got a problem with leakers? Cut of their air supply. Give them nothing to leak. Deny their access to the information they wish to illegally leak. Make it easier to track down those who are illegally leaking this classified and sensitive information.

1) Stop tweeting...all they do is get you in trouble.
2) Stop attacking the press...you will NEVER win that war...NEVER.
2a) Stop watching the news...especially when it is in regards to you.
3) Have a weekly press conference. Answer questions quickly, directly, keep your opinions OUT OF IT as much as possible and move on to the next question. If you do not know an answer...DO NOT GUESS. Either bring in someone who does or say a representative will answer that within 24 hours.
4) Stop whining and bragging - you sound like a baby. Whining is for children. And let your actions do the bragging for you. Strong leaders do not brag and they NEVER WHINE.
5) No more interviews...you suck at them (unless it is with someone you trust). And - other than press conferences - try and stay out of the public eye as much as possible.
6) Stop flip flopping. It makes you look weak.

But this is all pointless as I doubt he would do any of it even if it came from Ivanka. Trump has always been a showboat. He is 70 years old. It is too late for him to change.

See the OP. Wasn't what I was hoping the discussion would center around.

Could also look at this as a rephrasing of 'how screwed up is Trump's administration', but coach it in advise as how to improve it.
i seen it, that is the best advice i can give him...he is over his head, biggly...

Advice for Trump?

1. Divest yourself of all your business dealings and put Ivanka and Jared in charge of those. Don't employ family in the administration, whether formally or informally.
2. Replace Steve Bannon with a true conservative who understands the Left-Right dynamic in Washington and still has the "fighter" mentality, but without Bannon's baggage.
3. Replace the communications staff with a more able communications director and press secretary.
4. Replace Reince Preibus with a COS better equipped to deal with Republican leadership in Congress to get to work on the legislative side. (Newt Gingrich perhaps?)
5. Run all Tweets through the Communications Department. Trump must be disciplined enough not to simply tweet the first thing that comes into his mind whenever he watches the news.
6. Focus on pushing the agenda more than combating the press or other people who don't like you. The best way to salvage Trump's presidency is to build the wall, grow the economy, defeat ISIS, etc.
7. Expedite, expedite, EXPEDITE the 3,200 or so remaining executive positions that haven't been filled. Trump must use the spoils system to stop these leaks - out with the Obama appointees and in with Trump loyalists!

Ironic that Trump campaigned as the only "true leader" in the field and the guy who can "get things done". Seems like all we heard from him during the debates was that he was going to hire the "best people" and bring in "experts" to fix everything. Trump's business acumen does not necessarily extend to running the federal government that inexperience has cost him dearly over the past months.

Whenever he comes up with an idea to say ANYTHING, write it down, let 3 people in various positions take a look at it, and if all 3 people agree that it's a good thing to say, and he's waited 24 hours, say it. Trump's biggest problem, right now, is he says what he thinks without considering the impact or consequences of what he says, also causing his staff to work full time on damage control. I am reminded of something that VP Pence said in his debate, and I'm paraphrasing: "he's not a polished politician when he speaks". This is his biggest problem, and having not been a politician in the past is serving him very poorly in how he communicates. He needs to slow down and think before he speaks.
