We now live an era where a president can admit on national TV they fired someone because they are being investigated by them and we have Trump and his supporters to thank for it. They just have to decide for themselves that the investigation is not legitimate and then they are above the rules.

I truly dislike Hillary Clinton and her cronies, but now I think it is perfectly apparent to every American that Trump and his supporters are cut from the same cloth of corruption and hypocrisy.

No, there goes the Legitimacy you had! Taking Trumps statement out of context doesn't make him a liar or guilty. Real people see through this, that is why even the biased polls show it's having no ellect.

He wrote the memo.. and it is standard operating procedure to document any conversation that the FBI person feels uncomfortable about. Of course, your speculation or mine don't matter at all. What matters is the determination of the independent investigator that has been appointed by the current head of the FBI to investigate it. I would not be surprised if the existence of this memo was a strong motivator for the appointment of Robert Mueller to be an independent counsel to investigate the Russian allegations.

Actually a memo gets distributed to others in a timely manner. No one saw it until yesterday. Not only did he admit to committing a crime by not reporting it 3 months ago, he is doing the Scumbag J. Edgar Hoover thing of keeping files on political enemies to use against them. Or he just made the conversation up a few days ago and wrote this so called "memo" then.

Muller is good news for Trump. He will look at the evidence gathered by the FBI over the last year and publically report that there is more evidence of Bigfoot than Trump Russian collusion and that the only crime committed were against the Trump campaign not by them.

Sigh. It is completely, totally and materially irrelevant if the investigations continued or not. The attempts were made to derail it by Trump and he admitted to it. It's recorded.

There is nothing on Trumps Twitter that is a freak out.

Last May 3rd Comey testified under oath that he has never been asked to end a investigation for political purposes. If he actually thought President Trump was attempting to obstruct justice, not reporting it to the Justice Dept. is a felony punishable by 3 years in prison.

This has revealed that Comey takes careful notes over every interaction he has. There are already multiple FOIA requests for everything over the last 8 years.

Like everything else with Trump this is backfiring in the dishonest Democrats.
