I didn't claim that, and this is about conjecture, not actual history.

I stated simply that I find such speculation unfounded and not based in reality.

Because Andrew Jackson was a well known anti-successionist and made it very clear on multiple occasions he was willing to fight personally and militarily against it. Unlike snowflake keyboard warriors of today's DEMOCRATS or the Democrats of yesteryear who openly embraced slavery and fought to keep slavery as an American institution.
