Heh. As a retired intel officer who focused on HUMINT (human intelligence), we often jokingly referred to raw intel as "RUMINT" (rumor intelligence). :)

With that type of intel source, yup. And I doubt he had very developed sources and was just told a bunch of made up crap for a few quick bucks. I have this picture in my head of people going back to talk to their buddies, "I told him that Trump hired prostitutes to pee on a bed Obama once slept on and he bought it! The Russian government is corrupt.

Moscow is the capital of Russia.

The Russian currency is the Ruble.

You know, things that everyone knew that just happened to be in the dossier as well and thus the dossier is accurate.
