Not all legislation comes from the President to Congress.

I am well aware of the budget process. Spent 30 years working for a federal agency. Yes, the President submits a budget to Congress. It is DOA almost all the time. In the end Congress must pass the budget bill. The President will either sign it or veto.

Not reappointing a finger. I am just pointing out that Congress plays as big if not bigger role in getting things done. In the end Congress controls the purse string. For example, Trump can propose building a border wall, submit the request to Congress. If Congress does not fund the project, there is not much the President can do.

I'm actually pretty happy how little Trump has achieved, even if it has been at the expense of the dignity of our highest office. If anything, he's proving (along with our inept congress) that America can function (for 100 days at least) rudderless.

and BTW what relevance does that have to Trump's accomplishments? I have two advanced degrees-one in law, one in industrial and labor relations with a speciality in labor law. I don't know of that has much relevance to Trump's accomplishments

Democrats make me want to puke NIMBY. They want to raise taxes on people who already pay too much taxes. They use gun bans as a pretense they are actually doing something about crime, when in reality, they are afraid to upset one of their major constituencies to actually go after violent criminals. So they want to harass honest gun owners instead. I really don't care anymore-as long as the Dems LOSE
