Donald Trump gets worse marks than Barack Obama at the start of their presidencies | McClatchy DC

It seems like the American people are not very charitable and are not grading Donny on curve. The most popular grade they give him is an F .... that is F as in FAILURE.

Voters gave Trump the following grades: A, 15 percent; B, 22 percent; C, 15 percent; D, 15 percent; F, 32 percent. By comparison, they gave Obama: A, 23 percent; B, 35 percent; C, 20 percent; D, 11 percent; F, 11 percent.

The only thing that surprises me with this is that Obama's report card was lower than expected. I thought that a lot more people considered him the messiah and savior and that the earth would begin to heal in his initial time in office. That seems to be what the media reported. Was/Is the media wrong sometimes?

Obama's report card essentially shows a 22% disapproval rating, which seems about right for his first 100 days. I seem to recall him holding a 75% approval rating initially. The opposing party always has some holdouts against the new candidate and their policies.
 
Maybe these folks should try actually voting instead of (later?) issuing report cards. ;)

I was surprised that only 23% gave him an "A", given all the press at the time. He was nominated for the Nobel Peace Prize in those first months.

Of course, even an unusually low rating of 41 percent means that there are tens of millions of Americans who think you're doing a good job, and CNN's Alisyn Camerota found six highly enthusiastic proponents of this position for a segment on grading Trump's performance that aired Thursday morning.

CNN Trump voter panel gives “A” grade.

The funniest part is that the guy who gave Trump a B saw the "busses of illegal voters" with his own eyes.
