Trump might have control of the far right wing base for now, but as hopeless as it seems, it won't always be that way. People will leave the trump train due to regular political evolution. People are already detracting because of his Health Care plan, as they claim is too moderate and Obama-care lite. So where do you see the far right going AFTER Trump? Will he maintain control of the base even long after he leaves office? As long as it's not in scandal?

Are people going to evolve from the Trump brand of far right conservatism and create their own even more brash type, will Trump succeed in his plans for a Trumpian movement, empire, and install his family as the next political dynasty for generations, or is Trump a novelty and the far right won't ever enjoy this type of public spotlight ever again?

I agree with them. Repealing Obamacare is good and necessary. Replacing it with another government run insurance fiasco is bad and unnecessary. I think there are only two options - single payer health care or leaving it to the marketplace. I don't think our government has the competence to handle single payer. It can't even handle insurance regulation.

I don't think Trump can abandon the far right- it is what got him there.

Not sure how some define single payer- but it's a government run healthcare system to most of us. Leaving it to the market place got us no where fast.

The problem with the current path toward single payer is more folks are trying to sabotage it than create a workable plan. Ya can be big Pharma, Medical, and Insurance is fighting this tooth and nail.

Instead of being part of the solution they stand firmly on Team Part of the Problem...
