Dear Pelosi and the rest of Congress.

Quit trying to upset the cart. I could care less if a person is a Muslim or not. Only thing matters it they accept our laws and abides by them. Goes for Christians and all other faiths or non faiths.
 
He is Muslim. You guys realize this was in protest of the Muslim ban right?

He factually IS a Muslim and at this particular event that is relevant. :shrug:

So they are protesting something that didn't happen?

Also I don't remember Pelosi protesting Obama when he temporarily restricted travel.


One-day we can just say I'm an American and I support/oppose.......

And not get caught up on gender skin tone religion and all the other categories politicians exploit to keep is divided while claiming they want unity.

Politifact

There are a lot of points made in this politifact article that I have found myself talking to people about over the past couple of days. The bans are not just different, but were made for different reasons. We know that Trump promised to ban Muslims from countries that spread terrorism, and in his ban he excludes the largest exporters of terror. We know that Rudy Giuliani recently gave an interview where he spoke about the process of making the Muslim ban legal by trying to target something other than religion that essentially had the same desired effect. I would love it if America could get past skin tone, religion, etc. but bans like these probably aren't the best way to do that.
