Kaepernick not pro civil rights; just anti American

You need to study the language.
I have. You take more liberties with it than Trump takes with taxes.

In many sentences or statements, there are implied meanings and inclusions. For instance: "Get out!" This is a sentence despite the obvious lack of the noun. "You" is implied.

In the case of "it seems", "to me" is implied.
Wrong. The former has to do with the structure of the sentence. The latter does not.

Only the most desperate confounding of the meaning would assume that I was implying that "It seems" applied to the absolute conclusion arrived at by "all people alive or dead, in any place at any time for all of eternity". Obviously, the only reasonable reading of that implies "to me".
Absolute nonsense. "It seems" could just as easily apply to people in general as it could apply to the speaker himself.

Now, once again, if you feel that CK is a patriot, then please present your case and we can discuss your views.
Again, that was never my intention. You already admitted (despite the dishonesty of the OP) that CK is anti-American was merely your opinion. As far as I'm concerned, that settles it.

It seems you are not capable of getting past this.

If you would like to comment on the intent of the post, it seems that would be a wise move.

If you are not capable of commenting on the intent of the post, it seems you are consumed with a passion not founded in reason.

I already commented on the intent of your post, and you replied: several times. I have zero interest in whether you find my comments objectionable.

And why aren't you complaining about the Duck Dynasty guys being anti-American?

Oh, wait: everyone knows the answer to that one...
Since when are people expected to offer up every conceivable person and example for discussion? Are they not allowed to start a conversation on one topic?

Oh, come on.

You must have seen other efforts to illustrate a double standard...
