Obama Proves he Has No Leadership Skills

Why has Obama not stepped up to the plate and told the anti Trump protestors to stop? Because he's a clown who shouldn't have ever been president. He sucked at being a leader when Syria needed help, and he sucks now.

60 Minutes pressured Donald Trump into telling his supporters to stop terrorizing minorities! Can you believe this ****?
Liberals are coming across as mentally unstable people when their ilk are on video attacking people, and they demand that Trump apologize for imaginary things that haven't happened.

The idea that Obama should do something is becoming something of a theme here, though what he should be doing exactly in the absence of a governor's request for help isn't clear. What also isn't clear is what, should the protests still being going on when he's sworn in, Trump would be expected to do.

Freedom of speech does not extend to blocking roads, preventing others from getting to work or classes, or looting burning and shooting.

Actually, blocking roads is very common to protests, and extends to numerous other scenarios such as the annual marathon here in my own city, in which one is hard put to get anywhere. Looting, burning and shooting do not fall under free speech and are quite illegal, which local law enforcement can be expected to deal with.

Uhhh...because he is the leader of the free world? He had the opportunity to do this today during a Q and A with Merkel in Germany. Unfortunately he is such a feckless leader that all he could do was equivocate. When Trump is asked on 60 minutes to denounce the rhetoric supposedly occurring on the right he looked straight in the camera and says, "Stop it!" Obama is asked to denounce the actual violence occurring during the anti-Trump protests, he mumbles something about freedom of speech and declines to denounce the violence. He hasn't been a leader for 8 years, why would we expect him to start now?

To think, all Obama had to do when conservatives were protesting against the passing of Obamacare was stare seriously into a camera and say, "Stop it!" I'll bet he feels kind of dumb now.

What are you talking about?

What serious problem do you think protest causes that it needs to be treated as a crime? Why is it that you seem to lack respect for freedom of expression? People have a right to peaceful demonstration. These protests were large, but they have been fizzling out for quite a while now. They're going to recur at inauguration, but why do you think we should silence them? I honestly want to know.

To refuse to condone, to condemn, and in fact to punish those who disrupt, burn, loot, destroy, vandalize, commit assault and batter, and terrorize innocent people is NOT infringing on anybody's free speech. And if President Obama had any cajones at all, he would have said so when given opportunity to do so in Germany today.

On the first night of the riots, he should have been at a podium encouraging people to use their 1st Amendment rights, but also telling them that breaking the law is not part of that right and that the violence needs to end. It's what a LEADER would do...

I'll bet that the marathon had a little thing called a "permit"... You the legal way to block roads. But like others here, you know that and choose intentional obtuseness instead of honesty.

Yes, people have the right to a peaceful demonstration and freedom of expression. Show me where I stated otherwise? All Obama had to do was disavow the violence and disruption associated with some of them. He failed to take that opportunity when it was handed to him on a silver platter.

Videos exist of whiny protestors blocking an ambulance with its sirens on. Do you support this too?
