Obama Proves he Has No Leadership Skills

Assuming that we're talking about the violent riots and not legal protests:
Send a message that this kind of violence is not tolerated in a civilized society and that he is asking all law enforcement agencies in the places where the riots are happening to start enforcing the law and placing the rioters under arrest.

You think the police aren't aware of any lawbreaking or that they should be doing their jobs in that regard?

Actually, blocking roads is very common to protests, and extends to numerous other scenarios such as the annual marathon here in my own city, in which one is hard put to get anywhere. Looting, burning and shooting do not fall under free speech and are quite illegal, which local law enforcement can be expected to deal with.

Um your side did, with the constant protesting of Obama Care, and the millions wasted trying to repeal it. The utter and complete shutdown of our government is a bit more serious than some random dude's commute. But hey you stay up on that soapbox with no legs to stand on.

Conservatives took to the streets calling for revolution and violence during the run up to Obamacare passing? Funny, I don't remember that. I also don't remember conservatives jumping on police cars or blocking traffic.

Don't let the truth get in the way of your story though! You're a special dew drop who is entitled to create his own reality.

Actually, gang members waving Mexican flags showed up to beat up Trump protestors in California.
The democratic party is made up of white collar criminals who are supported by blue collar criminals.
