McCain just jumped ship, basically saying that he managed to look the other way when Trump criticized POW's, the Kahn family, the judge with Mexican heritage in Indiana, women, and all the other crap the buffoon said and did, but this ***** thing was the last straw.

I wonder what Cruz thinks of his stupid decision last week to come out of the closet to join the Trumpettes and forgive the buffoon for blasting his wife and accusing his dad of assassinating JFK? Maybe Ted should have waited one more week before deciding to support Trump after being against him for the better part of a year.

If Cruz does end up backing out of his endorsement, He'll probably just say he got a message from Gawd that told him to abandon the sinking S.S Trump while he still can.

That should be obvious

(And yes, that was before Friday.)

Anyway, Politico is keeping running tabs on who is, uh, running away from Trump. Cruz is listed as denouncing Trump, but has not revoked his endorsement.
Which Republicans want to fire Trump? - POLITICO

My guess is that Cruz feels like a chump. He only has himself to blame for not sticking to his principles and staying #NeverTrump.

Everyone who has supported Trump from the beginning are at fault for this trainwreck of a campaign. Those who denounced him and then decided to follow along look like (and are) complete partisan hacks who need to be out of office.

Yep, the only winners are the people like Kasich who said, "Never!" and stuck to their principles.

The thing is:

If this all looks bad to Republicans, how bad do you think this looks to Dems & Indies - who might not much like Republicans & their candidates to begin with? :doh

I absolutely love it. Seeing the GOP tear itself apart like this is just deserts for giving us Bush, Cheney, Rove, Rumsfeld...and, of course, Sarah. They so earned this.

It's hard for me to disagree.

Cruz's career must be ended.
