Democrats will destroy Trump for Pence Pick

I'm afraid our only hope for America is for Mr. Trump and Sen. Clinton to destroy each other. I'm hoping one wins with significantly less that 40% of the popular vote.

HERE YOU GO .. done your work for YOU.... this shows the more without a job and on assistance the more liberal

and goes with what i said about minorities having decent jobs would be more conservatives

/////////////////////////

African Americans were more likely to receive public assistance than other groups

In 2012, an average of 41.6% of African Americans received means-tested benefits each month. About 18% of Asians or Pacific Islanders and 13% of whites received benefits each month.

I see you spouting off with contentions and numbers, but I don't see any actual data. You need links to credible studies and such.

In any case, just because you can spout off with numbers of how many of what minority receives some sort of benefits, you still have to present a verifiable correlation between them and the number of minorities who support Democrats and a verifiable justification that said benefits is the reason they support Democrats.

And THEN...you have to show that minorities with jobs tend to support Republicans...verifiable support, not just your opinion. And THEN...you'll need to show that all that holds true within the military, as well.

Frankly, SailaWay, I don't have much confidence that you can do all that...but I'll keep an open mind in the off-chance you succeed.

btw, if you do all this, you won't be doing "my" work. You will be doing "your" work.

when YOU CHANGED what i said is what people do who do not want to debate honestly..... and trying to hide is also not what honest debaters do

again its everywhere for anyone to find the data that the more minorities is getting assistance and no job the more being liberal..... this shows with 90-95% of black women being the most liberal of all and with the most assistance of all

THIS is NOT my opinion and don't be scared to check it out

shrug...

We are cross-talking here...that is, we are having the same conversation going in multiple threads. That won't work...and I think it might be against the forum rules. (I could be wrong about the rules thing) In any case, until you make your case in a more reasoned, logical and...more importantly...adequately supported...manner I have nothing more to say to you.

i can't help you if you don't want to be helped... nothing can go forward when one hides from debating

LOL!!

I am perfectly willing to debate...if you actually gave me something...besides your own unrealistic, illogical statements...to debate. Also, you can't "help" me. It's no skin off my nose if you don't want to...or can't...support your statements.

In other words...put up or be dismissed.

Considering that his own state hates him and boos him.....I don't think there is a whole lot that the Dems NEED to do. Like almost everyone has been saying....Pence just happened to be the least bad choice that Trump had...most everyone else didn't want to stand within 90 feet of him.

I really do not give a damn about what Pence's approval ratings were in Indiana. it is a purple state....and not representative of how he would do nationally.

Pence will not make much of a difference one way or the other, he was only brought on board because Trump needed to make some of the feebleminded that has some sort of ties to conservatism. Trump will lose because of himself and nothing more.

Then why is the left so worked up that Pence was added to the ticket?

Who on the left is worked up? I think we see it as everyone else.....Trump had a list of really poor candidates to choose from. Pretty much everyone else didn't want to be within 100 yards of Trump.

I am not so sure Trump has an inkling of an idea how infuriated he just made the Democrat Party. To the Democrats Pence is about as far right as you can go. Trump has made himself vulnerable by picking Pence. If nothing has worked so far in their albeit lame attempts at attack. I think now, Pence will be all the ammo they need. Enjoy your polls now Trump... They won't last.

PS. I am not so sure how Pence will do against the Clinton Political Network. He seems like a nice guy but he's going to get thrown in the mud.

Trump needed to shore up the base, who really can't stand him, and many have said they won't vote this year. Picking Pence was an attempt to rectify that problem. I think it might work.

More people need to vote for Johnson.

Are they? I had not noticed them really focused on the anyone but the Clown being nominated by the GOP. Seems Like things are not going all that smoothly, going to be fun waiting for someone t blame that mess on Obama or Hillary.

Pence is just another Trump mistake. He isn't the first and he won't be the last.

"Better days are coming." ~ But not for today's out of touch, running out of time,GOP.

Well, think about it. It's basically the law of diminishing returns. After everything he has said up to this point, after all the media attacks, and the attacks from inside the party, nothing will really drop him lower now. He would literally have to punch a baby in the face or something to drop lower. I think he can only go up without something that extreme happening. But think about what that means. Hillary is probably only going to go down. She has not had as much negative exposure as Trump and there is a lot of time for that to change. I think she has capped out and will only drop.

You know what bad Hillary has to be to have Trump, a candidate that has spent hardly any money, is openly rejected by his own party, and is basically clown shoes to have a chance at beating her? It's a great time for 3rd parties. I don't think Johnson will win but there will be more ground gained this election year than I could have imagined.

I appreciate the vote of confidence

Yer damn right they do.

Um, Gary Johnson, not you...... Oh hell, don't tell me that your first name happens to be Gary too.

Yeah see...the thing about that...

It's a stupidly common name, there are probably 10,000 Gary Johnsons in the world

Pence will do fine against the democratic machine. His pick helps Trump with some
of the conservative base in the republican party. Pence also brings some experience
working within the government in Washington. He seems like a good solid pick.

Trump likes how he as governor works to make states rights against the govt... and that may be trumps whole plan...

he can win the election and if not he still wins with hillary triggering states to demand states rights and trump will be the leader

Seriously aside from when Obama ran against Sarah Palin who votes based on the VP pick or even gives a crap about them?

It's a push to get the right to lifers and Evangelicals out to the polls in November. Trump himself does not excite them. So, they needed a fervent Thumper on the ticket.

I see it this way. Either party could nominate a shoe box and get 40% of the vote. That's how dedicated the partisans are. Turnout, however, is always a wildcard. That's why you see Pence on the ticket and such a big deal being made about Black Lives. Both sides need their voters to show up. GOP needs high turnout from the Bible crowd, and the DNC needs an Obama-like turnout from the Black voters.

Why anyone in this day and age would vote for a science denying troglodyte boggles the mind, but apparently there are many who will. It's truly sad how many people remain trapped in a mindset which had it's day centuries ago.

I don't know. The last two elections we had candidates who were no hard core conservatives picking up a VP to "shore up the base" and it didn't work either time.
