What exactly is wrong with "Nationlism"?

Unfortunately you people
Who are you calling "you people"?

are obviously and sincerely committed to this popular false narrative.
This lie was created and propagated by the 20th Century Progressive Movement for the purpose of damage control upon discovery of the atrocities committed by Adolf Hitler.

I think you are a bit confused. German nationalists were fighting street fights against Marxists during the Weimer Republic years before Hitler even took power. It has nothing to do with what anybody in the Progressive Movement said. Ask any fascist what they think about Marxism.

I have no such misconception; but Karl Marx along with Friedrich Engels are indeed considered to be the fathers of modern-day socialism/communism.

They are the fathers of a form of socialism, but not all forms. They are not the fathers of Proudhonism, Fourierism, Owenism, Democratic Socialism, Utopian Socialism, or National Socialism. Read the Communist Manifesto for yourself and you will see that they are a couple of sections were they argue against forms of socialism that they disagree with.

Nothing. This is the greatest country in the world, by far. Just not perfect.

Know what they say, if you are not smart enough to get a real job, join the military, greatindoctrination and socialist benefits.
So you have lived in Sweden? U.K.? Germany? For years and years? Know what they say, if you haven't been there, you have nothing to say. Keep your trap shut

You do well to put "rascism" in quotes. Anyone who uses the word "rascist" indicates that they believe in the long outdated concept of 'races', dreamt up by bearded Victorians; they don't exist. As has become abundantly clear since the discovery of DNA there are no 'races', just a vast number of gene pools, all of which overlap with others.

So I'm repeating what I have said in so many other threads? Tediously boring, or even boringly tedious, but oh! how so necessary.
I loved it when the "keep England for the English" bosses made the mistake of submitting their DNA. Whoops, Turks, Africans .... A hoot.
What ? a 270 yr old country based on slavery. ? At war 90% of the time . Know what the Romans said "when we run out of enemies, we have to find another"
Currently it's the dreaded brown skinned terrorists despite the fact we have 20000 murders, 100000 rapes per year here

Actually; it turns to "racism" when it comes to any minority group, due to decades of progressive propaganda.

So is your ability to function with an open mind.

Progressive propaganda? Wow,no rush? Knees news? $2b free coverage of don the con . Has his wife show her papers yet? Great a bragging V grabber and anillegalfirst lady?

Merriam-Webster's definition of Nationalism appears to be quite reasonable to me!

In fact; I personally already identify with most of this stuff__Am I missing something?

Nationalism | Nationalism Definition by Merriam-Webster
Simple Definition of nationalism
: a feeling that people have of being loyal to and proud of their country often with the belief that it is better and more important than other countries
: a desire by a large group of people (such as people who share the same culture, history, language, etc.) to form a separate and independent nation of their own

Full Definition of nationalism
: loyalty and devotion to a nation;
: especially a sense of national consciousness exalting one nation above all others and placing primary emphasis on promotion of its culture and interests as opposed to those of other nations or supranational groups

For me, I agree with part of it. I too love my country and want to put its best interests first, but I don't believe we are "better" or "more important " than others.

The second part of the full definition is also a bit extreme for me.
