There's a corner of the Resonant mind I'm finding hard to break up and perhaps you would like to help me.

It is the voter who wants a mixed Congress and wants them to work together.

I have, twice, so I can only go third or fourth, I started it, no, Mr Person did.

I'm saying, I'm commandeering your ship by my manipulation of the Resonant Mind while you sleep, why aren't you?

Can you say something to promote my agenda, build a structure in the Mind, or can you deter me with logic or resort to tactics of your own?
