After reading the breathless coverage of impeachment by the national news media, you would have to say that Donald Trump is on the verge of political extinction.

But he’s not. He will survive this scandal and go on to get re-elected.

He’ll stay in office because the Republican Senate will never vote him out. And he’ll win the election because, with Biden falling apart and Bernie sick, his opponent will be Elizabeth Warren. She cannot survive her proposal to take away everyone’s private health insurance or to divert Medicare funding from the elderly to care for the rest of the population.

The noise out of Washington — more biased than ever — has not affected Trump’s polling. Rasmussen, the only poll to test likely voters, has his job approval solid at 48 percent and the current RealClearPolitics average is at 43.6 percent, just a point shy of his high point.

So Trump is where he has always been. He is just shy of a majority of the vote and likely to match up against a Democrat who is so progressive as to be unelectable.

In the House the dems are in charge of the probe and get to play games with it, but if it goes to the senate, the administration gets to defend itself, point by point on television. The democrats are going to look like morons for even trying.

Given that nearly every poll shows voters want R’s and D’s to work together and solve problems, they aren’t tweaking on impeachment. They want bipartisanship. Instead the D’s will be seen to be embarking on another effort to clear the decks for socialism. (Don’t forget, the D’s lost senate deats fue to their outrageous conduct during the Kavenaugh hearings, so voters do pay attention)

Reading the anti Trumpers here as a sample representing all forums such as this, 30% of the posters have something to say. The other 70% are empty vessels. I say this because DP is an interpreter of the noise machine, and when you look at the noisemakers, their arguments are as weak as the MSM because thats where they are getting their information, so the truth is shaped and moulded and the only real truth will come out in a Senate trial.

So stacked on top of the FISA investigation, and agent Durhams investigation into the origin if the hoax, it seems like a trial in the senate will be the only way to force the truth out through the MSM.

Morris uses common sense, and he's right about the above.

Impeachment is the only thing the Dems. have to keep him from getting reelected.....even Nancy Pelosi admitted that the impeachment is to prevent Trump from getting a second term. People are so stupid for believing the anti-Trump biased media.

They ought to learn to read between the lines. Pelosi said today in a PRESS conference, She's warns, "a second Trump term could inflict 'irreparable harm' on the nation." She goes onto say to the MEDIA, “We have some serious repair and healing to do in our country for what he's done so far."

She's appealing to emotion. A logic fail. Fear mongering... Trump is not guilty of the above and she KNOWS it.
They are so hungry for control and power, that the threat of impeachment is their only hope.

Don't buy the hyperbole. The Democrats have lost their minds.

Well, I didn't think Trump was gonna go down because of this. His supporters are too stupid and corrupt. But after reading an article by Dick Morris, and the fact that he's always wrong about everything, I've gotta say I changed my mind. Maybe this will bring him down.
