Everyone has broken the law. Don't tell me you never went twenty over the speed limit, inhaled/consumed an illegal substance, or drank underage. To pretend like illegal immigrants are on par with the worst criminals in our society is sickening, especially considering our country's history.

I’m a citizen, I have a right to be in the US. Someone here illegally does not. Illegal immigrants must commit a crime to be here.

And no, I have never gone twenty mph over the limit.

More often than not it is a civil violation that is handled in civil court. But keep pretending the foreigner who overstayed their green card is a threat to civil society...

They are a threat to civil society. If you overstay a visa then you committed fraud which is criminal, you signed a document promising to depart the county before expiry and chose not to, that’s not civil, that’s criminal.

I’ve never driven twenty over the limit, I’ve never used illegal drugs, and consumption of wine under 21 was legal in my case as the only time prior I consumed alcohol was the sacrament. Maybe you were a drug smoking reckless alcoholic, but pretending I must have been is projection.

By the way, I did recently visit Mexico and Chile, oddly enough I obeyed their immigration laws, so I don’t think it’s asking too much a foreigner obey my country’s laws since I myself do when I go abroad

I believe that YOU believe the left's focus in on immigration due to current events .

The left is as much as focused as any other time. The world was horrified with the Trump administration's total failure that is zero tolerance.

It wasn't just the left that was witness to Trump's total ineptness on immigration.

Compare Obama's DACA plan, who a majority of Americans support ..to zero tolerance and family separation; who no one supports.

I have never operated a car 20 miles per hour over the speed limit. I can understand that since you believe criminals who've committed fraud deserve to live here without the appropriate nationality to do so, you probably don't take laws or public order that seriously. I however do and do not act to put the rest of the public at unacceptable risk of harm when I drive.




Easy enough to do when you are traveling for business or pleasure and not running away from gangs/cartels threatening to behead your children.

There is over 150,000,000 people in Mexico and yet there's not 150,000,000 people killed by cartels, Not everyone who claims to be in danger truly is. Regardless, danger from crime is not a valid reason to illegally immigrate to the US, especially since these people either snuck over the border or committed visa fraud their claims cannot be believed without being supplemented with credible evidence.
