Conservative leaders are calling on the Texas governor to prevent non-citizens and other ineligible persons from voting illegally. According to a statement issued at today’s press conference, more than 280,000 non-citizens in Texas are registered to vote, with another four million registered voters in question.

Direct Action Texas (DAT), a watchdog organization known for exposing mail ballot fraud in numerous counties across Texas, released a statement today regarding its concerns. Aaron Harris, the group’s Executive Director, told Texas Scorecard:

“We are calling on Gov. Abbott to direct the Secretary of State to verify citizenship of all voter registrations. I see no reason for the governor to not implement this practical step to ensure the November election, and all future elections, are held with the integrity Texans demand. The governor could require that these changes be made tomorrow, if he so desired.”

Welcome home!

Two verified cases, and then an opinion, not backed by evidence, that "roughly four million – or 30 percent – of Texas’ 14.1 million registered voters cannot be found in Texas Department of Public Safety’s database."

LMAO hundreds of thousands? but yet then state 280?

nobody should vote illegal, my question is how did they come to be illegally registered?

Its not 280, its 280,000, which is hundreds of thousands.

I don't know how they got registered. But once they are registered they can vote, and there's no reason not to if the chance of getting caught is almost nil because no one is looking all that hard.

1.) yes i know thats what i said, only 280. I would expect hundreds of thousands to be at least 300....
if i had 280 dollars i wouldn't say i have hundreds of dollars, if i had 2.8 million i wouldnt say i have millions..maybe thats just me but it seems weird and like sensationalism to me.

2.) I guess in texas thats true and im against illegal voting period but my point is IF the numbers are true why and how is it so easy in Texas?
i only have experience with PA so thats all i know. im uneducated about the process in other states and it seems Texas must have way different rules.

i mean in PA you typically need a verified address and your name has to be on the social security rolls and verified (mostly its preverified)
then i can only vote at my specific voting location for my listed address, when i go there they have a roll call/check list that they verify my full name and address against, they look at my id then i sign it.

i wonder what its like in texas if that many can get "illegally" registered.... also while it is illegal no doubt it "seems" the state or counties are the main part of the issue

Ask the liberal/Demos this question.

Bottom line.
Illegal voting will put the liberal/Demos back in power.

Very good question.

I think so, if true thats quit a bit... again im totally uneducated about the voter registration process in texas so maybe it needs totally revamped and while i cant, i would support that if i could as long as it was within reason and along the lines of other states etc.

Geez...I just posted this response. You must have a hard on for me.

i have no idea what you are talking about and we arent interested in your fantasies.

ill ask you again. what do they have to do with it? LMAO

Yet they aren't a democratic state...

How do those two things gibe?

It's different in different parts of NY, which makes no sense to me. Upstate, where I am, it's the same process you have. But in NYC, where my daughter lives, all she had to do was bring a piece of mail to prove she was at the right voting place. She had just moved there a couple of months ago. She didn't have to sign in or even show ID. crazy

Not my fantasy. I figured you are a fa...I mean gay.
As you know the liberal/Demos orchestrated by making arrangements for illegals to make illegal voting.
Any more stupid questions ?
Like how the Steelers got blown out by green bay ?...lol.

Here's a reason:

https://www.cnn.com/2017/08/23/politics/texas-voter-id-ruling/index.html

A federal court blocked Texas voter ID law Senate Bill 14 during the 2016 election, and a second measure -- SB 5 -- was put into place that allowed voters who had no photo ID to vote by signing a declaration.

didnt read the article yet so my apologize if im missing something but that isnt about registration so how is that a reason?
again being ignorant to Texas rules can people just walk in to any polling station, with no id, no roll call verification, no voter registration and get registered on the spot and vote with no checks and balances? verification?

(going to read the article now hoping my answer isnt in there LMAO)

Oops. You are correct. It's not about the registration process, but the actual voting.

That doesnt sound right at all? but again what do i know about NYC lol was she a student and or did that process alone cause her to get put in the different ballot pile?
in PA when you move and stuff you can vote sometimes but you ballot will be held and verified it wont just be instantly processed and it might not be processed at all if there no verification

2.) why would you figure that?
3.) i do? what facts prove that
4.) stupid according to who, you still havent answered the other ones?
5.) did they? i dont pay attention to preseason much because its pretty meaningless, only highlights and i didnt see any

I have no idea how she was even allowed to vote. She's always used our address as a 'permanent' address because she's moved 4 times in the last year alone. (I use a pencil for her address..lol)
She was out of school already, when she voted. I kept saying "And they didn't ask you for ID??" until she got mad at me :) All they seemed to be concerned about was that her current address was in their district, not so much on who she actually was.

Who knows if it was the same in other districts/boroughs/counties. I don't think anywhere is very consistent. Some places use the booth with the levers (my last address) and some use a huge ballot that you mark with a pencil and they feed it into a machine to record your vote. You're not allowed to leave until it registers.

I've answered your question. You did not like the answer.

no biggie its still about a process that may or may not help....

i personally have ZERO issues with voting ID if done right, i actually dont know anybody that is

if it goes like this:
the ID is free and readily available at government buildings like post offices DMVS etc including your local polling place and available the same day
all other IDs that are already currently valid for GOVERNMENT identification are also valid as voting ID

im golden with it but the vast majority of voter "ID" laws have all the extras of shutting down polling places, redoing where people vote, removing early vote ballots, restrict vote times/days, eliminating sunday voting and restricting absentee voting etc etc etc. Now those things MAY need addressed but they have NOTHING to do with voter ID so leave them off the bills. I hate when government does that. Call a bill something like the "Build a new highway" bill and then find out half of the bill talks about something crazy like parole time for criminals????/ WTF? lol
