California certainly leads the USA in several areas. some of those things are good, others not so much.
EVERYTHING California has done under governor brown has been the right things to-do. Big change from that action movie hero we used to have.

Yeah, great idea...probably leading other states to follow suit and everyone jockeying for the earliest primary. That will sure encourage candidates to be clearer on whose asses they need to kiss in order to win those primaries...no conflicting goals there. :roll:
