There are certain decorums that if Obama doesn't want to follow, work both ways. Obama wants to break the "one President at a time" tradition, then Congress should dispense with the tradition of not investigating wrongdoing with the associated prosecution of misdeeds he did while in office. Fast and Furious along with Bengazi come to mind.

There's a tradition of not investigating Benghazi? What alternate reality have I slipped into here?

Obama: I won't leave on Jan 20

we scaled the mountain, losing several of our party in the process, just to have a peek through binoculars into the kingdom of Notgonnahappen. then, cold and bored, we climbed back down, and went to get a cheeseburger. should have skipped the mountain part, but then, hindsight is 20/20.

I watched his address. He never said "I won't leave on Jan. 20th". He simply said that together we'll all continue to work to better our country.

But... but, that is code for "I am now your dictator!"

No problem with him acting as if....

....he's been doing it for years.

So these must be the plans for a shadow government. He's planning a third term regardless apparently. Let's see if he does any better as a private citizen...

What he said was he won't quietly fade away, but may criticize Trump. The horror! People criticizing the Great One? That can't be allowed!

No, that's not what he said. You're smarter than that.

Observation: You didn't read the article because your comments don't match up to what the article said.

Thank you!

We are already seeing the retro war waged on GWB, for seven years we heard nothing but "...Bush did it too!"

The "alt-right" are already setting the stage for a deliberate falsification of history in order to make the new administration's numbers look good.

You can change the players, but its the same old bull****; the only difference everyone knows Trump is lying and simply don't care.

There is something sadly ironic about this post. The Examiner article quotes Obama as saying that he's going to remain active politically. Presumably, this means he'll make some speeches or other such stuff. Maybe he'll run for Congress.

Isn't it his right to do these things? And now, a conservative poster (where conservatives often rail against liberals for wanting to curtail the rights of individuals) is calling for him to be prosecuted if he chooses to exercise his rights as a citizen.

You can't make this **** up no matter how much meth you smoke.

I found nothing offensive in Obama's remarks in this link. He said he is going to take on the roll of an active citizen. Good for him!

Obama is about to find out how insignificant he is without the mantle of President.

Exactly. I believe that as a Former President Obama will return to his profession, Community Organizer.

you like to make foolish post dont you

That's right Katzgar. Maybe to draw attention to the foolishness of other posts or, on occasion, entire threads.

THe demons on the Right must be strong. You all see boogiemen at every turn.

We all know he's a classless piece of ****. There's no way he's going to show President Trump the same courtesy that he received from President Bush.

He always has been and will continue to be a classless clown. He just confirmed it again.

I can only assume by 'he' you meant the OP, since a former President planning on being an active citizen seems to be neither classless nor clownish.

We already know he is the antichrist and part of the Illuminati so it only makes sense.
