No wonder the House Judiciary Committee can make an hours worth of palaver last fourteen hours. In this day and age isn’t there a button they could push and have the tally in seconds? I also favor the British tradition of seating, nice and cozy. .......:eek:

I'm sure they can but America likes its theater.

Incidentally, there are only 435 Congressmen for a country of 330 million whereas Britain has 650 MPs for a nation of 60 million.

(there was a General Election in the UK yesterday too - the spiritual partners of the Democrats won)
