Call for Constitutional Conventions

In order to be legitimate they must adhere to Article V of the US Constitution, which requires three-fourths of the States to ratify anything being proposed.

Once again you are mistaken. The Articles of Confederation were not ignored and absolutely nothing was altered by the 1787 Constitutional Convention. The only thing that came out of the 1787 Constitutional Convention was a proposal.

And part of that "proposal" was to ignore the unanimous consent requirement of the Articles of Confederation and allow a mere nine states approval to effectuate the new Constitution and new powers delegated to a central government.

So, I guess you do not consider our existing Constitution as "legitimate". Am I correct?

Either three-fourths of the State legislatures must be represented at the State Constitutional Convention, or anything proposed by the State Constitutional Convention . . .

What do you mean by "State Constitutional Convention"? Are you referring to a convention called under Article V?

You keep incorrectly stating that the Articles of Confederation were ignored. They were not, and no matter how many times you repeat this lie it will continue to be a deliberate lie.

Article XIII of the Articles of Confederation reads:

Every state shall abide by the determinations of the united states in congress assembled, on all questions which by this confederation are submitted to them. And the Articles of this confederation shall be inviolably observed by every state, and the union shall be perpetual; nor shall any alteration at any time hereafter be made in any of them; unless such alteration be agreed to in a congress of the united states, and be afterwards confirmed by the legislatures of every state.

The Convention of 1787 decided to ignore this provision and under Article VII, allow a mere nine states to effectuate the New Constitution they created. The change being as follows:

The Ratification of the Conventions of nine States, shall be sufficient for the Establishment of this Constitution between the States so ratifying the Same. This conflicts with Article XIII of the Articles of Confederation.

The facts are what they are. Perhaps we are having communication problem, but to suggest I am lying is an unnecessary insult.

Democrat leaders claim to be advocates for hard working people. If that is so, why do they not promote an end to the unconstitutional “Temporary Victory Tax” of 1943, which began federal confiscation of the bread which working people have earned by the sweat of their labor?
