No matter how much anyone wants it...Trump is not going to be taken off the President's seat via the 25th Amendment. The ONLY way he's going to be taken off is via an impeachment based on actual provable evidence of a criminal or misdemeanor act or being voted out in 2020. That's it. If Democrats actually try for the 25th direction there WILL be dire consequences. That is something that you can take to the bank.

Why are you assuming anything? I said it was a document explaining the 25th.

I disagree about the consequences you predict, but we're not even close to any 25th stuff. Still, it's not wrong to bring it up.

Bold: Its been brought up since even before he got sworn in. We're going into his 3rd year now. Yes...it is wrong to bring it up constantly despite the fact that non-partisan doctors that examined him personally have given him a clean bill of health both physically and mentally. Which is the ONLY thing that the 25th Amendment is about. The impeachment process is for everything else.

You have a picture of AOC and are talking about the 25th Amendment. There is nothing to assume.
 
MAN I love this this forum! You see there really was never a need for the 25th amendment. But the voting public doesnt have a friggen clue about what the Constitution says. Sooooo the politicians change YOUR documnet of Ultimate law whenever they see fit and You dont realize they're exercising their authority and not yours.
See Art.II sec 1 re: In Case of the removal of the President
Then reply to me about WHY the most important document for the people was ever amended a 25th time in the first place.

What you have provided, madasheck, is troll chum. You mentioned a provision of the Constitution, so instantly, like sharks, trolls will jump in to hijack the thread to avoid any education or dissemination of information about the topic. It is fear that drives them, and ignorance is the coin of their realm. (Well, that and rubles.)
