You know he's got now where to go when his retort is "why does the liberal run?" or some other deflection. Yeah, it's kind of like herding cats but it has its entertainment value.

well, court tends to reflect nations ideology and rules accordingly. It does not seem to have its own ideology, in part out of fear that president and people will object if they go too far astray.

Also, in many cases you have to have a constitutional interpretation before you can rule.

Green New Deal gives liberal govt Communist/Nazi level of control over our lives which violates our most fundamental Constitutional right to freedom.
