I think we have found more evidence of the Deep State. The entire judiciary is out to get Trump. https://www.cnn.com/2018/08/04/poli...mueller-appointment-trump-subpoena/index.html

"Over the course of 92 pages, Howell resoundingly rejected an attempt by Andrew Miller, a former associate of Trump confidante Roger Stone, to quash a subpoena to testify, explaining why the "scope of the Special Counsel's power falls well within the boundaries the Constitution permits...."

"Howell found Mueller to be an "inferior officer" under the supervision of deputy attorney general Rod Rosenstein, who took up the oversight of the Russia investigation after Attorney General Jeff Sessions recused himself from it last year.
"His appointment, without presidential appointment and senatorial confirmation, thus did not violate the Appointments Clause," Howell wrote.
Miller also claimed that Sessions' "mere recusal" from the Russia investigation didn't make Rosenstein the acting attorney general for purposes of tapping Mueller to lead the probe. But Howell didn't buy that argument either, pointing to the fact that various federal statutes allow the attorney general to delegate the authority to appoint a special counsel to the deputy attorney general.

"Multiple statutes authorize the Special Counsel's appointment, and the official who appointed the Special Counsel had power to do so," Howell concluded, underscoring a point previously acknowledged by several prominent legal voices"

Now I am obliged to mention that just in the last few days Trump has had a federal judge tell him that, no, the ACLU is not supposed to be reunite immigrant children with the parents the administration separated. It is completely the obligation of the same govt that did the separating and is dragging its feet.https://thinkprogress.org/judge-sla...s-to-reunite-immigrant-families-dad6d184e1e7/

And the 9th circuit court in a 2-1 decision, told Trump any executive order denying sanctuary cities federal funding is beyond his scope. Congress has to make that call. https://www.nbcnews.com/news/us-new...sanctuary-city-funds-unconstitutional-n896816

The swamp creatures are everywhere coming for him, including the entire federal judiciary.

[There are these other possibilities. Maybe Trump hires bad lawyers or he gives them crappy legal positions to defend].

We will go with the 'Deep State' theory here.

Is there really a Deep State?

The federal government is a large and complex society. Most are not a political branch of the federal government. Most of the time a common man understands the federal government is with watching the X-Files, or the Day the Earth Stood Still or other Hollywood movie. I will not be shocked that the movie industry will pick it up and run with it.

The attempt to undermine Mueller was a waste of time, and they knew it.

More smoke and mirrors trying to create the illusion that it's not the crooks, but the cops, breaking the law.

I've got a great deal on a bridge, you should consider investing.

That "Deep State" is actually the swamp created by 45, his co-conspirators and both American and Russian oligarchs.

The movie is gonna be amazing.
