Your thread title says the following: Regulate appears 3 times in the constitution. One time is guns.

But the fact is, nowhere in the Constitution does the word "regulate" refer to guns.

Any support for the statement "So they switched to guns, knowing there would never be any regulations on them." or are you running from that one?
